  1. Caliber is back down to 7K units compared to 13K units last month. What happened to the PT? The HHR sold 14K. Really bad for Chrysler, and I don't see a hot product coming in the next months. Aspen, sebring...
  2. HP+torque. GM could probably detune the Ecotec to 126hp and get the same economy.
  3. It makes sense. I'm sure the Chevy Lambda is already on the drawing board.
  4. Not bad, 27% market share. HHR outsold the PT easily. 14 838 vs 9734 for the PT. Impala did well. G6 too 1 Aura sold. Can't wait to see how this one will sell in the next few months.
  5. Ouch. But 14K units is far from Camry/Accord/Impala levels. GM is down 19% for the month.
  6. Perhaps that will be an option.
  7. Yep. the Fusion and the new Sebring look ordinary compared to the new Bu.
  8. Yesssss! Finally. So nice. It's time to buy stock, cause GM will be making a lot of money with products like that. After the lease of my Cobalt, I'd like to get a new hybrid Malibu.
  9. Wow! a report for a Mitsu product and they find a way to tell that the Corvette has no magnesium paddle shifter.
  10. I have to see them in person before making a final judgment. But I think the designs are spot on for that market. A bit conservative, but classy.
  11. Great, the interior is awesome. Why GM cars have no good looking interior like this one?
  12. 18$ an hour instead of 28$+health care. That's a lot of savings. Too bad it did not happen 5 years ago.
  13. This is a weird front end. That could cost them a couple of sales.
  14. yes but I hope those were not dumped to fleet.
  15. Seems like Kerkorian would like to see Ghosn in the GM family, maybe to replace Rick. This could be interesting. Actually, I'd like to see Ghosn take over GM. Could become the return to greatness we are all waiting for. GM needs a real leader, and I don't think Rick is the guy. And Nissan is not supposed to used Toyota's hybrid technology? Now with all the money of GM-Nissan-Renault put together, they could develop their own system to compete Toyota. I think it is good for GM.
  16. Looks great in real life pictures. Could it be GM's first real successful midsized car. hope so.
  17. GM needs high volume midsized cars. A Malibu that sells 30K units a month would help a lot, along with 20K G6 and 10K Aura.
  18. But last year, sales were up 41%. Down 36% for this year. Does it mean +5% from 2004?????
