  16. Expert is not the term. I work in the oil sands so I have an real good idea how things work up there. It's a dirty operation, but it is slowly getting better. I just hope that the SAGD technology gets better (as opposed to open pit) because it cuts down on the greatest cost of the projects, removing overburden and re-claimation.
