SEM Color Coat

Featured Replies

Anyone have experience with this stuff? In order to get the color scheme I want for my interior I either have to live with black/gray but have to hunt down the rare black/gray leather door panels, or paint the upper door panels (vinyl arm rest and upper door panel) black.

Not sure about that stuff, but as far as interior painting goes I have always heard VHT is the stuff to go with.

Sorry...didn't catch this was for leather at first glance.

Look up "Leatherique".

Definitely the best product I have seen for dying leather.

It's vinyl I'm looking to dye. It was suggested on lhforums.net but no one has actually had experience with the stuff.

From their site:

Professional grade water base coating for Top-Coated or Pigmented Leathers & Vinyl. Do not use on wax, oil or nubuck leathers.

This is for the Leather World Technologies product.

As for Leatherique, I know the conditioner is said to be the best stuff out there by members who use it. I need to pick up some now that I have leather seats.
