GM email address system

Featured Replies

I believe I remember reading on here that somebody had cracked the code on GM's email address and had figured out how to contact a certain R. Lutz, Can anybody help me out?

I emailed Lutz once a few years ago, and he responded! I'm not sure if he still would, as I imagine many more people know his email address now.

For most, [email protected]

I've had a Lutz response or two before...and it got me in touch with the GM of Chevy before, too. They tend to respond on Sundays, in my experience, but you have to understand how many other emails they get, of course :AH-HA:
