According to the back of the box, these other trucks are available:

funny, it mentions a yellow Chevy LCF, but as you'll see below it looks more like orange

Here's what else was available at Target in this series (I really dig the '50 Studebaker pickup with snowplow, but at $5.49 each and limited spending funds, I could only get the '58 Chevy LCF at this time):

EDIT: I found the website link for these trucks: http://www.m2machines.com/products.php?id=36&pid=40&subid=189

I just noticed a variation with the two Chevy Viking 60 LCF's:

The turquiose one uses the '58 Viking fender emblem and '58 Chevrolet Hood emblem (Apache emblems shown):

While the yellow/orange one, also marked as a 1958 model, wears the 1959 Chevy Truck emblems:

BTW, I may have my years mixed up, I'm not that great with the Chevy '58-'59 models (compared to the '55-'57s). I'll check my Chevrolet Truck book tonight and correct if needed.

Either way, one of the two trucks is mis-marked as a 1958 model, and wouldn't you know it I didn't buy the orange (yellow) one.
