Sorry I haven't been around in awhile, I have been super busy.

Check out this article, this is one of the guys I race with, in the Zo6.

Check out the video in the end...

That's one happy kid, but I think his helmet is too heavy.

Link went straight to the video without the article for some reason.

But, along these lines, I got a good long look at a black Zo6 this morning while waiting at a light. Right car, right color.

I almost like it better than the ZR1.

Yes. Z-06 is a better track machine than ZR1. Those cars beg to be driven and test driver's limits compared to the Germans and the automated all wheel drive Japanese car.

I'll take either one myself...but yes...the Z06 is a real drivers car!

the automated all wheel drive Japanese car.

But can't you just shut off all the driver's aids on the GTR?

granted, you'd still be in a Space Shuttle cockpit with more information than you could possibly take in at a glance, but at least you'd be the one driving the car, not the car itself.

I prefer the Z06 as a track car over the ZR1 as well. A friend of mine once said it best: "Seven liters is the right number of liters."

That said I knew that the ZR1 could probably do better than a 7:21 around the Nurburgring, and it did. How much you want to bet that the Z06 can probably crack 7:25?
