HCCP grand finale car show

Featured Replies

I guess I'll wander down to this today - it's always a very good show.

The old Dodge should have been there, but I'm waiting on parts - kind of a bummer.

If anyone is in the area of the Delaware County Community College, I recommend stopping to see the show and flea market.

Have a good time over there, Camino!

Thanks Ocn, I'm sure I will.

You should catch this one - it's minutes from where I am, so not too far of a drive for you.

Excellent as usual.

From Stanley Steamers to full-size Pontiacs, from a King Midget to a hemi-powered Daimler roadster, from T-buckets to gleaming pre-war Packards - everything under the sun.

Any of you even remotely within striking distance should see this show next year.

Just a few of the cars I saw:

'58 Chevy Brookwood wagon

'53 Jaguar XK120 droptop (shown by its original owner who is 102 years old)

Matching Camaro Indy pace cars (1969&2011) owned by the same guy

'61 Impala bubbletop that is one of the finest customs I have ever seen

A pair of boattail Rivieras ('72 & '73)

'63 Pontiac Grand Prix (unrestored survivor)

'36 Packard 4-door convertible in stunning chrome and black

A radical custom '59 T-bird with a chopped top in the brightest yellow metallic paint possible

Even the parking lot was full of interesting stuff.

Is there a web site for this show with information? I'd like to add it to my list so when I prepare my car & truck show calendar in January/February I can be sure to include this show for 2012!

Not for this show by itself, but HCCP has a site. I can get that for you.

This show is always in mid October.

Lotsa trucks there - you would love it.
