Cheers or Jeers: 1975 Chevrolet Vega GT Kamback Wagon

1975 Vega GT Kamback Wagon.

69000 miles

5 new tires with less than 1000 miles

Motor is original 2.3l 4 cylinder with a 2 barrel carburator.

Transmission is a 4 spd manual.

This car has passed a recent safty inspection. Brakes, exhaust and suspension are all in good shape.

Drives well. I was getting about 24mpg before tune up.

WHATS WRONG:

There is a crack in the windshield....probably should be replaced but still passes inspection.

The tachometer is not working.

Small dent on the hood.

That's all folks !

I had hoped to use this car in my business. I was told it had A/C...not ! I have another Vega and well to be honest to have two cars without A/C here in the Rio Grande Vally is kind of stupid.

This little guy gets a lot of attention wherever it goes. I have shown it at a couple local shows, again it gets a lot of attention.

I hope the next guy keeps this original and doesn't gut it out for a V8.

Thanks for looking !

Helloooo the giant cubby hole in the center of the dashboard is a CLUE this car does not have A/C! Did dude buy it unseen?

It's in nice shape. A/C on something like this is cumbersome at best, strangling and unreliable at worst. Cheers.

EDIT: and it's frustrating when I can't take the poll.
