Hyundai News:Images of Hyundai's Geneva-Bound i-oniq Concept Spring a Leak

Adding to the long list of production and concept vehicles leaked by Uncle Internet before their official reveal this year is Hyundai's new i-oniq concept, slated to debut at the rapidly approaching Geneva Auto Show. The oddly named concept car is said to be a preview of the evolution of Hyundai's "fluidic sculpture" design language and is billed as coupe, although its shape suggests its something more akin to a three-door hatchback. The overall result is something that arguably seems a little more French than Korean.

The i-oniq is 4,400 millimeters long — that's about 173 inches to you and I — and reportedly is rear-wheel drive. It's also supposed to be powered by an electric motor, with a small-displacement gasoline engine functioning as an onboard generator not terribly unlike the setup in a Chevy Volt.

These are the only details available, but we wouldn't rule out a full, early reveal from Hyundai in the near future. If not, at the very least, we should know more at the Geneva Auto Show.

WOW, I actually like this car, very fluid but clearly has a hint of Ferrari in it's design.

Wonder if those are Suicide doors or front swing up doors as they do not look like they are Gullwing doors and that would be a Hella big door to open normally.
