So in reviewing this and seeing it includes a 240v charging station, I asked myself, Where is support for a Level 3 charger? If electric is what we all should be moving to, then why do they not support the rapid charging you can get with a level 3 charger?

Am I missing something?

They don't have it in this generation of Voltec yet. I don't think you can do a Level-3 charger at home though... so it's not like Cadillac/Saks could include that with the car

We knew that the Cadillac ELR would be driving off into the sunset, but we didn't know when.
"I plan to continue admiring it as one of the most beautiful cars on four wheels. But we don't plan further investment" in the coupe, said Cadillac President Johan de Nysschen back in February.
This lead many to believe that Cadillac was going to keep the ELR until the end of the 2016 model year. That would not be the case as General Motors quietly stopped production in the same month.
“Cadillac ELR production recently concluded. A very small quantity of ELR units remain available at dealers today,” said Cadillac Product Communications Manager David Caldwell in a statement to Hybrid Cars.
Through April, Cadillac only moved 357 ELRs.

As many of us suspected for a while, Cadillac has decided to not go forth with a second-generation ELR plug-in hybrid.
"I plan to continue admiring it as one of the most beautiful cars on four wheels. But we don't plan further investment" in the coupe, Cadillac CEO Johan de Nysschen told reporters at a media event for the CT6.
de Nysschen went on to say the ELR will still be sold as long as people want to buy it.
Previously, Automotive News reported the ELR would stick around till 2018.
The ELR was a victim of bad decisions. A key one pointed out by dealers was the starting price of $75,995 caused demand to drop sharply. For the 2016 model year, Cadillac slashed the price by $10,000.
Cadillac's marketing chief, Uwe Ellinghaus called the ELR a 'big disappointment' in an interview with Automobile Magazine, causing many to think the ELR's days were numbered.

Cadillac's chief marketing officer, Uwe Ellinghaus isn't one to mince words. In a interview with Automobile Magazine, he labels the ELR as a disappointment.
"Put it this way: The ELR's a big disappointment; there's no denying," said Ellinghaus.
Ellinghaus explained the ELR "was the niche in the niche in the niche," and therefore appealed to a small audience. Not helping matters is the way Cadillac marketed the ELR a luxurious two-seater coupe has proved unsuccessful partly due to the coupe market shrinking. Many customers compared it to the Tesla Model S which offered more practicality.
While there might not be a second-generation ELR, Ellinghaus says Cadillac will work on having plug-in hybrid variants across its lineup starting with the new CT6.

Subaru is keeping some of their best performance work in Japan as evidenced by the introduction of the WRX STI S207.
The team at Subaru Tecnica International starts with a turbocharged 2.0L four-cylinder found in the WRX - not the turbo 2.5L used in the STI. With some new upgrades, the engine now produces 323 horsepower and 318 pound-feet of torque. Aside from the increase in power, the S207 also gets a number of changes to the chassis and suspension. The front suspension is now adjustable, along with a new flexible strut-tower bar, intake ducting, and pillow-ball-bushing rear suspension links. A set of 19-inch wheels and a Brembo braking system finish off the vehicle.
Now only 400 of the WRX STI S207 models will be built and the order books in Japan are now open. Out of those 400, 200 of them will be equipped with the NBR Challenge Package to celebrate the company's class win in 2015 Nürburgring 24 Hours. It adds a set of new wheels, carbon fiber spoiler, an Ultrasuede-wrapped steering wheel, and red seatbelts. A hundred of these models will come in a special yellow exterior color.
