Tesla teased everyone with this picture of their new City hauling 200-300 mile range Class 8 Semi EV.

A reddit user saw this in california in an area known to be used by Tesla to test their EV projects. Is this the Tesla 200-300 mile range EV Class 8 Semi that is promised to be unveiled Oct 26 2017?
