Totally agree, amazing the various auto's from Asian, European and American that are early morning or evening and in the dark colors with no lights on that you cannot see and I really doubt they can see well but I wonder how many have not cracked their owners manual and ended up turning off the auto lights on / off especially as they do not understand the delayed timer.

That on top of the spotty electrical quality.
