It has become my life's mission to see this band live. A complete throwback to the 70s but, in this case, that is not a bad thing here. Just pure groove and live, they just peel your ears back. The vocalist Jay Buchanan is the real deal in an era of phonies IMO.1 point

Since you want to keep at it, here you go, Mach E price drop of up to $5700. https://www.caranddriver.com/news/a42705579/2023-ford-mustang-mach-e-prices-drop-increased-production/ AND AGAIN, Tesla had been jacking up their prices for the last four years so I'm sure what argument you are trying to make but I'm pretty sure it's not the one you think it is. Again, Tesla kept doing that for years until they actually made a profit but somehow with others, this is the damning issue to you. BTW, one word for you, "inflation", something even your favorite brand had to realize, hence all of their price bumps. https://www.carscoops.com/2022/08/mercedes-increases-prices-for-most-2023-models-g-class-leads-the-way-with-an-8150-hike/1 point

You still do not get it, pound the USA flag all you want as a German Auto driving hypocrite. Tesla is in big trouble and the market sees this, piling up recalls due to poor quality and poor sales with 5 price cuts so far in 2023, analyst see more coming as Tesla tries to deliver on 50% growth that they never hit last year and is showing to have negative growth this year. Tesla Has a New Problem -- and It's Much Bigger Than It Appears (msn.com) Tesla shares drop after deliveries report raises concern of price cuts (cnbc.com) I have to shake my head at all the people that Chant USA USA USA and yet drive NON-USA Auto's, the second largest purchase outside of your home and yet you send your hard earned money to a foreign company. You can say you support American jobs all you want, but the profit still leaves this country for another. Pricing means nothing to early adopters that are willing to pay top dollar to have the latest new thing. Prices come down as economy of scale grows in production. Right now, we have no real facts to back up prices on any of the EVs that are coming to market and with a global down turn, prices are going to go down.1 point

The last 4 weeks have been a rough patch for my sister and I... Our 17 yr old Yorkie Henry passed on March 7th (she drove back early from SC as I knew Henry was going down fast), and our 15 yr old Yorkie Ginger passed on April 4th after a heart attack at 3:30 am (she died as we were rushing her to the emergency vet). Both had been declining for a long time and were on heart medications for enlarged hearts. First time in almost 15 years without a Yorkie at home. Pic below of them from 2020 when they were healthy and in need of a grooming. We still have Beardsley (chi-terrier mix) and Raine (Australian Terrier mix). The exciting and anticipating is after about a month of looking at a variety of properties in the area, I put an offer on a house on Saturday and it was accepted Sunday..working through the process now, looking to close later in the month. Nice 5 bedroom, 3000 sq ft ranch (one story w/ finished attic, 20 ft ceilings in some rooms), on almost 2 wooded acres in a suburb north and east of Cleveland closer to Lake Erie...only 20 miles from my current house. Huge driveway w/ loads of parking space, large oversized garage w/ room to expand, deep and wide lot w/ a good setback and distance from the neighbors. Looked at a number of places w/ more land and bigger garages that were duds as far as the houses... Not looking forward to the task of moving, but after 6 years in my current house, looking forward to having one story again and not dealing w/ stairs as I get older....1 point

My electric snowblower w/ the 100 ft cord isn't going to cut it... maybe need a larger gas powered snow blower. And since it is on the north east side of Cleveland, it's in a Lake Erie snow belt and gets about 20 inches more per year than I get on the southwest side where I am now...1 point

The garage is great..2 1/2 car garage, over 20 ft deep and room to build another garage and or carport beside/behind it. I looked at another place last week at about the same price that had 4 garage spaces and a pole barn big enough for 6 cars and an RV, a pond and on 3 acres, but a much smaller house that was in rough shape... This is the house I'm buying.. https://www.trulia.com/p/oh/highland-heights/5875-highland-rd-highland-heights-oh-44143--20458827421 point

@Robert Hall Sorry for your loss, never easy losing a loved one. Glad you have the other dogs to help you and your sister move on. Very excited for you on the new house, I can totally understand as with my knee issue and my back/hip/foot issue that after 15 times on the mountain skiing, I had to stop due to all happening at once, stairs are a bitch. Wish ramblers were far more common here. Look forward to pictures, if you have the real estate link, please post so we can check out the new digs. How does the new garage compare to your current one? I know the current one was tight on space. Wishing you all the best Robert.1 point

Ummm, many others ALSO cut their prices but maybe you missed that memo. How predictable is it again, knowing the actual facts now? It just amazes me how you think Tesla exists in this mysterious sales vacuum where only they have done certain things, like drop prices. The price part laughable since it was Tesla that ALSO started the trend of jacking up prices for no other reason than to pad Elon's wallet. The profit stat proves that. Funny how you don't mention how that practice led to the lower price tactic.1 point

NO THIS IS FUD AGAIN, you are taking the Profit for the whole company that includes cars, services, loans, etc. and saying that makes it $$$$$ per car of profit and that is NOT how accounting works. EBIT is an acronym for earnings before interest and taxes, and it is used to measure a company's management of profitability. Just as its name implies, it is the amount of profit before interest expenses and tax payments are deducted. This is the whole company of all divisions. You have to actually look at the car sales without the financing department of auto loans or service sector that includes parts, repairs, etc. or all the other little bits. We could do this with GM and give them a HUGE per Auto profit. Or better yet, I could go the other way in pointing out that the profit Tesla is making on their EVs is propped up by HUGE Regulatory Credits that were sold to other auto companies like the Dodge Division for the polluting Charger/Challenger. In 2022, 1.8 billion of pure profit was booked by selling Regulatory Credits to Stellantis. Tesla Regulatory Credits Revenue Boosts Profits And Margins | Fundamental Data And Statistics For Stocks (stockdividendscreener.com) Accounting can manipulate any numbers to look good, that does not mean a company is growing or healthy. Tesla as I already posted produced many unsold EVs to play this 4% growth game when in reality they are looking at a -1% for Q1 2023.1 point

Thank you! This year of Firebird over the equivalent year of Camaro. Easy. This was the top of the heap for the Firebird, whether base, Esprit, Formula, or Trans Am. With their revised front fascias, '77 and '78 were cringeworthy. - - - - - Here we go. One periodically sees what celebs are up to on one's homepage, so I Googled "Deborah Harry today," and of all the images that came up, this one was the klassiest. She's better behaved in the other photos.1 point

2022 Kia EV6 $41,400 2023 Kia EV6 $48,700 ( and lost $7500 tax credit) 2021 Mustang Mach-E $42,895 2023 Muatang Mach-E $45,995 And keep in mind you can’t order the base Mach-E so the lowest cost is $57,995 and the tax credit drops to $3750 on April 18th compared to $7500 last year. 2022 F150 Lightning $39,974 2023 F150 Lightning $59,974 And Kia and Ford are losing money on those EV’s so they keep jacking the price up. With the tax credit factored in a Kia EV6 is $14,000 more than a year ago, the F150 Lightning is $20,000 more, the Mach-E if you could order the base model is $6850 more. The Model Y Long Range price is $13,000 lower than last year plus $7500 tax credit so $20,500 cheaper than a year ago and there is a standard Model Y now available that is $3,000 less than the Long Range that you couldn’t get before. A Tesla is now cheaper than a Ford or Kia, game over, American car brand back on top. USA! USA!0 points

Tesla just cut prices again, $1,000 to $5,000 depending on model. The other guys are raising prices, pretty predictable how this will turn out.0 points

The Model Y comparable trim to comparable trim is cheaper than the Mach-E and has a $7500 tax credit vs $3750 that the Mach-E gets starting April 18th. And the Model Y is faster with more range. Probably why the Model Y outsold the Mach-E nearly 20 to 1 last quarter. Let's look at the Ford sales chart: Down 19.7% in Q1. And this was their Tesla killer? And then there is the Kia EV6 down 36% for the year, 69% drop last month. And Hyundai Ioniq 5 down 8% this year, down 22% last month as they trend downward like Kia. These bozos are what Tesla is supposed to be worried about?-1 points
