  3. Absolutely true, look at a picture of a 1960's motown plant and then look at a modern assembly line.

  4. This is so true, there is no way we will ever go back to the 1980's or early 1990's of assembly line jobs. Even if part makers and complete auto assembly lines come into the U.S. they will be heavily roboticized and as such, you will need educated repair people for the robots, but the days of so much human manual work is over. Trump says free trade killed American auto jobs. That’s not the whole story

  8. Awesome, those are usually great deals. Enjoy the cruise. Where in Europe will it end? Do you have a port list?

  11. Looks like self driving marketing deception is about to come crashing down to earth as China is looking to do what we have done for decades in protective measures of driving and what Musk is wanting to dismantle as he thinks Tesla knows better than the Feds. 3 Lives Lost, $15B Gone—Xiaomi’s SU7 Crash Is a Wake-Up Call for the EV Industry

  12. Seems like they want to push the Corvette to hypercar territory which would really throw away the original mission of this car. Although the C8 already sort of started to do that. It seems like we are just a few years away from having almost no sports cars under $100k, because I think the Supra and Z4 are dying soon, I can't imagine the Nissan Z will be around much longer with their issues, Mustang is on pace for its worst year ever. But there are probably 50 supercar/hyper cars at $250k+ available. The choices are endless among Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, McLaren, Rimec, Bugatti, Koenigsegg, Gordon Murray T50, and all these other one off build in a shed super cars for a million dollars.
