  1. I like it but I still think that the Suburban has a better grill and headlights, it will raise GMC sales alot thought. This is a big step up from the last Denali.
  2. They should stuff an LS2 into that thing to really make it move! Otherwise, I think that the new GMT-900 trucks are going to dominat the segment. Lets hope the new Silverado is just as good! B)
  3. The Solstice and the Sky are going to kill the MX-5!
  4. I think that they should bring back the astro and make another HHR like conversion. Make it look like a Scion Xb with a long car like hood and call it the astro. They probably shoud have done this before the HHR. Maybe Pontiac would like something like that.
  5. I wonder what platform that it would sit on?
  6. In my opinion, GM needs to bring back classic nameplates like the Chevelle, Camaro, Nova, Nomad, Eldorado, and get a "Judge" option for the new GTO. Since Dodge brought back the Charger, their sales have been up, taking sales away from GM. When I saw the first Charger commercial, I went to the mall and saw 3 sitting in the parkinglot. That's what GM needs to do is create a car with a classic nameplate with bold, and I mean BOLD design. Make offers to the public to get them selling, give it DOD (Displacement on Demand) to give it god MPG and if it is a classic nameplate from the 60's and 70's then give it an LS2 at least to give it a good 0-60 rating. Next make fetures like navigation touch screen radios standard on LS models on the chevys. Many more fetures like this would make the interior look good. Also, the new GMT-900 Tahoe has an interior nicer than that of most GM cars, make the cars interior like it but give it distinct differences that would set them apart from each other. I think that we should tell GM about this web site to get ideas from people like us. These ideas could save GM. :)
  7. If, GM does go bankrupt, and the company slits up, what brands would still survive? My best guess would be Chevy and Caddy. The weaker brands such as Pontiac and Buick could be lost if they do. With Saturns "Revolution" they might be able to make it if GM does split. Hopefully, brands like Chevy and Caddy wil adopt a lesser brand of GM and keep them on the market. But only if GM does go bankrupt and change ALOT. The problem with GM is that they have Lutz in charge of them. That's that reason that they are going bankrupt.Get Lutz out of there and replace him with Robert Penske. He's that guy that bought Detroit Deisel from GM and turned them into a billion dollar company. But really. if they do go bankrupt, I'd be glad to pay taxes to help get GM back on their feet. GM has been in tought situations like this before and they got out of them. They'll get out of it this time too. Just like the 90's finacial problems.
  8. my old freaking windows 98 computer ans internet service won't post it. Damn!! I know, I'll make a site on freewebs and post it there. Keep looking for D6.
  9. Tell me what you think about this. It took me 5 months to conceive and draw this! From D1 all the way to D6.
  10. If we want a new chevelle we need to let GM know. My chevelle has 2 SS models, SS1 and SS2. SS1 has an LS1 engine with 350 HP, SS2 has a 454 LS6 with 450HP. The first LS6 under the hood of a Chevy since 1970. It would be awsome!! :CG_all:
  11. why didn't you include Chevy?
  12. A while back, I posted my article about the 2008 Chevelle. I posted it, but it didn't work. I'm posting this topic from a remote computer and next time I get on the internet, at my home, I'll post it. But it is just the way I described it. It's red with not dualm but triple exhaust, and only four copies exist. GM still hasn't let me know how they think about it, so I decided to post ot on the internet. If you so talk about it, call it D6 so GM will notice it.
  13. I'm glad that the 65K Z06 almost beat the 149K GT. Both Car and Driver and Road & Track rated the Z06 better than that of the 85K Viper. And almost beating the GT is awsome. I still can't believe that the people at Car and Driver launched the Z06 from 0-60 in only 3.4 seconds! That isa awsome!
  14. Now, only if the rest of GM relizes that another brand besides Saturn needs a convertible, they would be turning some profits. Maybe Chevy could have a new retro styled 400bhp LS2 V8 Nova convertible! That would be awsome. But, I do have to hand it to Lutz for designing the Solstice and how fast it was produced. Good job!
  15. Sorry, but all the magizines agree that the Z06 is better that your "Aimed to kill Viper" NOS2006!
  16. The biggest problem that I see with the current GM trucks is that they are too small and don't have alot of Horsepower. I like how the chevy trucks are a little boxy, because they look like the Silverados and Cheyennes from the 70's and 80's. If they make them more rounded, they take away all of the GM trucks distictive looks that lets you identify them just by taking a peek at them. I say, make em' bigger, more powerful, give it a grill like the new Tahoe and the curent Silverado and leave them alone. That's all that kept my dad from buying a 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500HD quadcab LT . Instead he went with a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT. The only goog thing is the size and the exhaust note!!
  17. If Gm starts to step up all of it's brands like it is doing with Saturn, then the companies problems would be over. Next, fix up Buick, redesign some of the Pontiacs, and bring back a classic nameplate from Chevy's past. Like the Chevelle. Or settle the battle with the Canadians and just build the new Camaro in Canada. Who cares it they are built up there? I don't. But really, they should bring back the Chevelle to combat the Charger, and the Camaro to kick the Mustangs but again. If Chevrolet would just tamper with the SS legacy and make a retro-styled Chevelle SS with....... Lets say, a 450hp LS6 like in the 70's, the Chargerwould be biting it's dust. Take that Dodge! And When the GMT900 trucks come out Chevy will return to #1 again!
