  1. The lights are meant to mimic the Bel-Air concept I assume....
  2. Chevy.com shows the previous Malibu's SS rims as an option on this car?
  3. Is the production model debuting in Detroit this January?
  4. Over all, it's not bad really. I give Dodge credit, it finally gives them a vehicle that can really go head to head with the Rav-4 and CRV and really, even the Escape and Equinox. The Nitro is more of an Explorer player in my idea. It's by far Chrysler Group's best interior since um....2000?
  5. So, the Cobalt has a lot of new features standard that really make me hate my 2005. Side curtain airbags, ebony dashes, and XM Radio all standard. It may make sense to hold off on a car til the 2008 Cobalt becomes available....but will it have any cosmetic changes?
  6. Really bad photoshops. Especially the Hybrid. This new VUE is actually a step in a bad direction for Saturn, IMHO.
  7. I like it. A lot. But it really needs an Americanized interior I think. It's a stopgap, but will all those buttons even work? I mean, would an ION replacement have the Phone Keypad but almost nothing else in GM's lineup doesn't?
  8. Now that you mention that.....yeah. And I'm sorry to say that sucks. The Cobalt I bought last week has the balance of the Factory, because it only has 23,000 miles. PLUS now the extended certified warranty...
  9. DCX just keeps shooting itself in the foot. In fact, it's almost out of bullets. This is REALLY sad.
  10. Will we be notified by mail if we have a Gm Certified Vehicle? My Cobalt is....
  11. NAIAS was truly awesome. Expect some pics soon guys! That enclave shot is just one of about 200 pics!
  12. MY BAD. You got the point though. I rushed the thread posting.
  13. LeftLaneNews has posted these somewhat blurry but useful spyshots of the 2009(?) VUE Redline Looks like altezza headlights are heading to the VUE's rear. http://www.leftlanenews.com/2007/01/05/spi...line/#more-4621
  14. I really disagree Croc, there's minor, minor similarities to the Phaeton. The headlights are differently shaped completely and the Phaeton's C-Pillar is horrible. Like someone said, think more of the new Holden Barina. And besides, with so many designs out there from so many manufacturers, they can only be 100% original for so long. Not that I want it to come here looking as exact as that illustration. And the Phaeton is hardly a car to copy. Poor sales and a lack-luster design...yeah, let's copy that design.
  15. ......fleet Solstice? Who rent's a Solstice? And I agree with zbad1, this is a smart move actually. Think of it like BMW or Aston putting their vehicles in a Bond movie. And so what if it gets blown up? People are going to remember an explosion more than if we just saw a Solstice parked on the street in a movie, like an "extra," or a background prop. Mazda used the RX-8 in X-Men 2, and I'm sure they paid for that, not the studio. Chrysler HEAVILY promoted the 300C and the fact that appeared latest Harrison Ford movie Firewall. I saw more commericals for the car being in the movie than I did for Harrison Ford being it. So let's not jump the gun on GM because they did this. Now, if they decide to blow up a fleet of Solstices........then we'll talk. :AH-HA_wink:

    Pictures!

Taken a few days ago. And yes, I DO go tanning. :AH-HA_wink: Taken late Summer 2005. I've lost weight since this. And... Me with the Enclave at NAIAS. Lost weight since here too! Like....almost 20 lbs!
  17. When I pulled into the Tanning Salon's parking lot (no comments please..), I parked next to a Black one with the 22's. It was freaking sweet. That thing has such a presence!

    Help!

It's closed and has been since August 2005. And that's not an option. I'm eithe fixing it or getting another vehicle. It's awful not to be able to use it. And my parents and sister don't care, as their sunrooves on their Sunfires and Liberty work jussstttt fine!

    Help!

Would a sunroof from other 2001 DC models fit/work? I thought perhaps a PT Cruiser or Stratus/Sebring sunroof may. I can't see them being much different than the Neon's.
  20. Gran Turismo Omologato? Grand Am

    Help!

Well, the thread title pretty much sums up the problem. The roof wants to vent, but the right side doesn't want to slide back, when the left slide does. The Chrysler/Dodge dealer sais it would cost $670 for a new assembly + labor! Thats outrageous, I'd rather just get another car. Any ideas or know where I can get used parts cheap cheap cheap? Oh, and the vehicle in question is a 2001 Plymouth Neon.
  22. This isn't the worst offender I've seen wearing these. By far, I'd say it was the 2004 Nissan Maxima or 2002-2006-style Camry with it. Didn't get pics, but my god it was horrible!!
