  1. Its weird fro me to see the stickers on the back license plate. In more eastern states the sticker goes in the center of the windshield. It is funny how even state-to-state we have differant policies. I actually think that the licence plate sticker makes more sense. People behind you and cops would be able to see when someone is past due on their inspection that way.
  2. Seems like a lot of you guys are listening to Indie and non mainstream stuff. I have been listening to the billboard hits. Fun and Katy Perry have been on the radio a lot lately. I have liked FUN from the beginning. Do you guys mostly listen to your Iphone/Ipods in the car or to radio stations? I consistantly listen to radio during the day and the evening as well.
  3. When teenagers are looking at cars they are really only looking at price. I don't know one teenager that might look at a car and think they want a v6 or v8 or care about their engine at all. They want GPS, air conditioning, and a sleek interior. If toyota is trying to sell to youth and Japan they need to capitalize on what they want. Youth usually wants to look cool with sleek colors and designs. Toyota is known for being dependable and well-made. Do you know any wild, recklass people driving in Camrys and Corollas? They would need to alter their image to get more teens interested.
  4. I think one of the big differances is definately that interior. The interior was touched on above, but it looks so smooth and the shelf interior is unique. I think on the whole the new Chevy GMC is sleeker and more modern than ever before. The design of it is more square and sharp looking than previous models.
  5. It is really hard to find out the car you bought isnt working out. Equinox's arent my favorite car so I agree with you on a lot of that. The rattling could be something covered under warrenty if you wanted to have it looked at by the dealer. If you tell them you arent happy with the car while you are there maybe they will make some allowances for you. Also when it comes to steering, what is the problem? Does the sreering feel tight. I used to drive my brother's equinox and I thought the steering felt a little weird but I couldnt put my finger on it.
  6. I love this commercial. It totally breaks down more walls in the feminist world. Its a fun ad and it doesnt resort to stereotypes or cliches. I do agree that the GMC truck is an awesome addition to the commercial. That truck isnt too hard to look at either.
  7. Everyone should know how to change a tire. I guess the ad is just saying if you want to be a man you better be a macho man. I was taught how to change a tire by my father. I taught neices and nephews how to change a tire as well. The Silverado ad is still a little too much though. Sometimes you just can't tow your own car. That ius why aaa is a great alternative.
