Youtube is your friend. The thrust produced by, in this case, the propeller, drives the plane forward and not the wheels. This allows the plane to continue to move and therefore build lift.

I like to keep my tools clean if at all possible.

On car's like the Challenger and Camaro the 18's look too small. I suppose if you're stuck in the past and like tiny wheels and giant sidewalls I can see why you might piss and moan about larger wheels. I prefer wheels that are large enough to look proportionate. I haven't seen any wheels over 20" the look good on any car. Some cars the sweet spot is 18-19, some it's smaller since they start off with small wheels.

Well this is the first time I have ever heard of this myth, and the planes they tested were propeller driver. The same principle applies to turbofan, turbojet, turboprop, and so on engines if you want to be technical.

I have a mix of tool brands too. I like Craftsman tools if they say Made in America. It defeats the point IMO if they are made in China, which more and more are sadly. I have set of Husky pliers and cutters that I've been happy with. My favorite toolbox is by Black & Decker (and happens to be Made in USA). I have a ratchet that I've been very happy with and a cordless drill by B&D too. The ratchet set I use most is a 45 piece "Performance Tool" set I got from Pep Boys...great set. I've been happy with Stanley's products. Durabuilt makes some good stuff (screwdrivers), but their ratchets aren't that great. For hand screwdrivers, I have a mix of some craftsman and some cheap ones, but my favorite ones are my Wiha screwdrivers. They are far and away the best screwdrivers I've ever used. German Engineering at its finest.

Also if there's other brands I've missed let me know and I'll add them.

You should know my stance. Put money into what you like. If you love it and plan to keep it for a long long time, money is a non issue regardless whether or not the car is "worth it". New engine for my car, followed by wheels, followed by interior work, followed by repainting, and maybe some goodies from the 300M Special like the steering rack,sway bar, and brakes. Oh and dual exhaust. Of course gotta have the funds for it, so one step at a time.

For fun, let's see what everyone uses for hand tools. This applies to screwdrivers, wrenches, sockets, and the like. This does not include power tools. I'll do a thread for that later. You can choose multiples.
