1976 Monte Carlo. My parents bought it when I was 3 years old ... replacing Dad's old 1968 Impala SS. A few weeks after they bought the '76 MC, I was pointing at other MCs and saying "arlo". Over the years, that car became "mine". When I was old enough ... that car got a weekly car wash EVERY Saturday morning. I'd get up early just to wash it. In 1984, my parents replaced it ... very very very sad day indeedy. *nods* EXACTLY!!!!!!!!!! The drive home from work on Friday took me just about an hour and 15 minutes (normally 45 minutes) because of the snow and icy/click conditions. BUT, I had NO problem in my RWD '87 MC LS. Yeah, the car slid a bit at times, but I was able to keep it under control and had no problems. Oddly, a FWD Ford Taurus sliding off into a ditch caused a major backup.....
