  1. That isn't excuses. If Epsilon I went as perfectly, and smoothly as you want to believe(you're 110% percent entitle to believe that), then there wouldn't have been an all new Epsilon II after one generation. It's something called Reality....
  2. Nick is actually correct. The 9-3,Malibu, and Vectra are on 3 different version of Epsilon I.. The only thing they really share is the name ''Epsilon''.
  3. Not clear enough for enzl . But then again , he doesn't like anybody who is a ''GM Lifer'' . I wonder what Wagoner did to enzl's California Wine ? :rotflmao:
  4. Two different class of cars. Anyway the next Aveo is going to kick Fiesta butt.
  5. Come on Camino , you know the ST was unlikely to come to North America for a while now as Pontiac is on the highway to death.
  6. Umm, 1:The pickup type they are looking at is like the Lambda Pickups, and Ridgeline. 2:By the end of March ,Chrysler will likely be in Chapter 7 , or own by .
  7. Speaking of Pontiac going away , where is Pontiac Custom-S?
  8. Hedge Funds are getting back into the market. Hedge funds and Investment Banks where the one's who drove the price of oil up in the first place , then people want there money out of the market , hedge funds had to sell(which drove the price down).
  9. Pontiac is on the highway to Olds. Got to wonder where is PCS ?
  10. Maybe GM can rape Ford , by buying Ford, making the Big Three into the Big .
  11. This would be the 2nd time Ghosn has been denied an American Automaker , both times one Corporation stopped Ghosn , that Corporation is: .
  12. Chrysler-Nissan talks halt No more discussions scheduled after Cerberus acknowledges preference for GM deal ,sources say. Talks between the Renault-Nissan alliance and Cerberus Capital Management LP have stopped as both sides acknowledged Cerberus's preference to conclude a deal for Chrysler LLC with General Motors Corporation; according to sources familiar with the situation. No more talks between Cerberus and Renault-Nissan negotiators have been scheduled, the sources said Friday , although the parties have not been ruled out discussions in the future Cerberus and Nissan declined to comment. But sources close to Cerberus have said the private-equity firm favors a GM-Chrysler deal ,viewing it as financially more advantageuos and also better for the U.S auto industry. Full Article Here.
  13. Speaking of ''devil in details'' ,did I add that GM would have to pay 20 percent interest annually? That's why GM instead wants Government loan's , and will try all avenue's to get Government loans before choosing private loans with 20 percent annual interest from the banks.
  14. Well J.PMorgan and Citigroup have offer a $13 billion collateral loan to finance the deal , but what GM dosen't like is the 20 percent interest rate.
  15. In case you didn't know , Citigroup because of the credit crisis has cut GMAC's access to credit(as what is happening all over the world).
  16. Oh GM was in talks to buy Ford. But Bill Ford said no to GM ,then GM turned to Chrysler.
  17. Cerberus would become GM largest shareholder. It's very likely that GM stock goes from $5.00 a share to $150+ a share , now think about all the money Cerberus would have made off of GM raping and killing Chrysler far worster than Daimler ever did. That just gave me an idea : Ford is next to be raped by
  18. Those numbers you typed are report on the U.S Government fiscal year bases , which is October,1-September,30. So mid- year is October,1-March,31. Production of the new Malibu did not start until November with many Chevrolet dealers did not get the Malibu until January. So in that six month period there's alot of Malibu Classic in those's numbers.
  19. The new Lacrosse is replacing all three, the Lacrosse sold in China- the North America Lacrosse-and the Lucerne , and part replacement of the Park Avenue in China( the other part of the replacement is the very likely Buick Alpha which will replace the Insignia-based Regal).
  20. Agree , that's IS his problem. Plus even if GM was making Toyota size net income(could happen next decade ) , why would it spend money on designing a bunch of cars for a brand thats not sold outside of North America?
