2007 Nissan 350Z Images
It's not bad, but I was never a fan of the 350Z. Like all Nissans, it's chunky instead of graceful.

Spied: Vauxhall Corsa VXR
The Caliber is absolutely ginormous compared to the Corsa.

Germans to Join Together with Bluetec
Nice. If gas prices become insanely high, a 330d wouldn't be too bad...
-
Pricing: 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander
That's very competitive pricing... enough to make me pick this over a RAV4.

2007 Pontiac Torrent - Huge Improvements
The Torrent is a very tasteful car. Did you notice any improvements to the suspension?

Pricing: 2007 Lexus LS460/L
I've been in the new LS460 and, sorry, the design wasn't that special. Sure, the materials and amenities are nice, as expected of a $75K car, but it's no more imaginative than a Camry.

I dont like your ringtone
Mine fell in the pool... so it only vibrates now.

Pricing: 2007 Lexus LS460/L
The "base" will be $61K, but like all Lexuses, there'll be mandatory optional equipment.

Nissan Launches "7 Days in a Sentra" Ad Campaign
Awfully similar to this, though... http://www.cheersandgears.com/forums/index...showtopic=12394

Nice. How much cheaper is it going to be?

6-Speed Auto
Transmissions Hydra-Matic 6L90 Gear ratios (:1) First: 4.027 Second: 2.364 Third: 1.522 Fourth: 1.152 Fifth: 0.852 Sixth: 0.667 Reverse: 3.064 Transmissions Hydra-Matic 4L60-E Gear ratios (:1) First: 3.06 Second: 1.63 Third: 1.00 Fourth: 0.70 Reverse: 2.29 Final drive ratio: 3.42:1 Yes, but even that has it's advantages, like when third is too low but fourth is too high. And closer first and second gears help with acceleration; with the 4L60, revs drop to 2900 rpm (200 hp with the 6.0L Vortec) after shifting to second from redline. With the 6L90, revs drop to 3500 rpm, or 250 hp, which means the engine stays at its powerband more of the time.

Is Saab Swedish?
Branding isn't just in the car, but the advertising, graphics, showrooms, image, company appeal, and so on.

Nissan Launches "7 Days in a Sentra" Ad Campaign
This new Sentra looks class-leading. If I had to buy an Asian compact econobox, I'd get this.

Pricing: 2007 Lexus LS460/L
So it's a good value. Ooooh-la-la.

11 Lucernes to be Unveiled at SEMA
Are they going to Escaladize it?

RWD DTS Replacement?
Agreed. The Statesman would make a great Buick, but I don't think it's sophisticated enough for Caddy's flagship sedan. It needs a completely different body and interior, as well as the sort of technology you'd expect on a $70K car -- dual radar cruise control, keyless go, and so on. Cadillac doesn't need an XJ.

Spied: New Dodge Sprinter
It's the Mercedes of vans.

Is Saab Swedish?
Swedish in design and branding.

Cadillac cts-v 2009 (spy shots)
The Z06's motor has a superchargerish sound, too.

Spied: 2008 Hummer H3 SUT
Since it's somewhat practical, people will have an excuse for buying one.
-
Spied: New Dodge Sprinter
Very nice. Is it still diesel powered? The current Sprinter gets excellent gas mileage.
-
Toyota Hybrid Trim Down (in more ways than one)
Damnit. That means GM's "poor man's hybrids" won't be any cheaper at all.

Canada to Introduce California Type Emission Regs
The idea, then, would be to reduce CO2 so that nations wouldn't have to pay the $$$... And even if the US and Canada declined to reduce emissions, other nations would happily take our money and do it for us. That would stop "pollution."

Production SUV, 10K rpm limit
Those two would work. I was thinking...
