  1. Since when did Börger have a fan club? Have a safe trip. Tell us how much the Global Warming has F*cked the Iceland.
  2. The Next Epsilon will be designed by Holden.
  3. That thing weighs 6100lbs. Heavier than the 1/2 ton Suburban and almost as heavy as 3/4 ton Suburban.
  4. I tried the CTS-V of my friend and also in the Autoshow in Motion, and I thought it was one of the best sticks in the industry. Notchy feeling is better definitely. I have driven a lot of sticks, and I rank the cars in following order of smoothness. 1. TSX/ S2000/ Accord V-6 (Previous Gen) 6-speed. 2. Porsche Boxter 3. CTS-V 4. C6-Z06 and Saab 9-3 5. BMW 3er (E46) and C5-Z06 (Tie) Somehow, the Honda stick shift is a blast, I have never missed a gear in hard driving. Porsche Boxter was fun, but not as enticing. CTS-V although I had a limited driving experience, the feel was awesome, if I had driven more, may be it would have got at number 2. C6-Z06 again, limited driving experience and a very good shifter. Saab 9-3 Aero's stick was also fun slightly a long throw, but works splendidly. I owned the C5-Z06, it was a love and hate relationship. Partly I wished that I could replace it with the C6 because I hate the long throw and yet it was very good and never missed a gear. 3er I frankly cannot understand why rags hump them. Don't get me wrong, it is a very good shifter, but it is not scintillating. I wish GM made one brilliant 6-speed and put it in all the vehicles they have. They can make it as a light duty and heavy duty to put it in low torque and high torque machines respectively.
  5. Well Saturn was Jill's baby. Old's father was not alive when his baby was being euthanized.

  12. Wow, this is front page article.
  13. As much as people will hate me for saying this, 19" through 27" market for the LCD monitors is owned by Dell. Nothing can beat it when it comes to picture and clarity, and versatality. The screen is supplied by Samsung, (which is like I said is one of the best in LCD TV's). Dell packages it. Dell monitors have more options and components than Samsung's own monitor. Panasonic is the pioneer of plasma, so I will not be surprised that they have some excellent display. Sony Bravia XBR with the 120hz feature is amazing and almost bridges the gap between the LCD and plasma. The lesser Sony's are not as good, and it is better to buy Samsung or Sharp.
  14. Good color. The CTS impresses me every day I see it. WOW FE3 and 6-Speed. Tell me one thing, is the 6-speed "rubbery" as the rags say?
  15. Looks wise Avenger > French Crap > Sebring

    Chevy FTW

Get ready for calling home insurance for fixing a torn, bruised garage, saying that an avalanche hit the only house in the entire neighborhood.
  22. It has pretty decent specs. I think it is a steal at that price.
  23. I for one who is not Suzy McMansion will buy the BMW, just for its handling and performance, and pushing it to the limits. But unlike Suzy McMansion I will not get a 328i, to me that is a neutered 3er. The old 3er was a good vehicle. The 330i can be easily pushed in the corners, and for its compactness made a perfect companion on the twisties. As I had started a thread about what the next G6 should be, I think GM in general misses that kind of vehicle. Add a turbo 2.0DI, keep the weight around 3100-3200lb, put the FE3, price it around $26-29K and people will line to buy one. To put more spice in it let GMPP customize the hell out of the parts to suit the drivers needs. Honestly, there is no vehicle which is in the market like that. It will bring the people looking for a performance car, but cannot afford a RWD entry level, thus ending up buying the mid-sizer, and also people looking to beat the entry level with a cheaper car.
  24. Masturbating while fantasizing of having sex with Scarlett Johansson on the beach, when she is sitting naked by you on the beach. That is called Masturbating Enthusiast. On a similar tone, can be a car enthusiast.
