Patriotism Doesn't Sell Cars Today
This is true. Toyota advertises its American-built cars, as does Honda and Hyundai.

10 Worst Cars
Safety is a factor in being a poor car. But resale value? That's crap and we all know it.

I'm buying this classic...
To me, that Bluebird looked like a dozen other generic Japanese cars, and that's not a result of the poster...its a result of a dozen other generic Japanese cars.

Are Japanese cars so great?
GM (nor any automaker) ever 'loses' a used car sale. Perhaps whatever you spend on service, extended warranty, and parts, but otherwise...no. No loss.

Buicks Bright Future
You say that, then you realize Toyota cannot for the life of them coordinate their dash lights with other panel lights in most of their cars. I don't understand why a $64,000 Lexus has white Optitron gauges and pea-green radio displays when a $11,500 Sunfire coupe had all-red coordinated lights. Heck, I've got a non-standard Buick Concert II radio head unit in my Olds and those colors look 97% the same...from two different brands! You can match up body panels but not COLORS? C'mon, Toyota.

Kia putting Chevrolet in its cross hairs
Difference is Hyundai's buyout of Kia dictates a ceiling for Kia products never to exceed. Its relegated to being their Chevy, their Plymouth, their Ford.

My Turn
I thought the MX-5 was the pre-MazdaSpeed performance trim of Miata.
-
My Turn
Both the Miata and Corrado seem overpriced. And you don't belong in a Miata, MX-5 or not.

I'm buying this classic...
Um...okay...well, since I'm from here, I don't care and damnit I want one. Or one of those massive ZIL limos with a 3-speed automatic. Whatcha say about that, Motor Trend?

Hey, whatever happened to...
...the Acura RL with its world-changing SH-AWD? ...the German-but-American-but-German-but-seriously-don't-worry-its-German Crossfire? ...the Ranger? Is it just me or are there like a mere handful of the redesigned ones out there? ...the Insight? Are they still making these or...? ...the Axiom? Did all these get reposessed or something? Joe Isuzu? ...the X-Type SportWagon? Did they sell any? ...the Mazda5? They debuted...right? 'Cause I've seen one on the road that's not on a test drive ...the Monterey? Nah, I'm joking; we all know none of these sold. ...the Raider? They've been out for months, so, where are they? ...the Relay? ...the S80? ...Suzuki?
