My Moderately Good Week...
Good luck with that, btw. I'd post about my personal life, but I think people here lost interest long, long, long ago.

Oh Cutlass, Where Roameth Thou?
Just to reply to a few points... Three times in one month, it left me stranded. That's a little excessive for any car. Never said I hated it. It annoys the hell out of me would get much enjoyment out of pushing it off a cliff, but I don't hate it. Plus, as I've said in the past, certain things have to happen before I can do that. I need to either get my Millenia running or get another car (both of which are in the works, finally). The time is coming as you'll see by the link in my sig, seeing what sort of interest there is for it before actually selling it.

It's Cold & Flu Season!
Ever since I started taking multivitamins, I've never really gotten that sick. A little sniffle, cough, or sore throat here and there, but nothing major.

Oh Cutlass, Where Roameth Thou?
You must not disagree, you didn't add anything to the conversation. Couldn't one say the Cutlass is just steel cookie cutter? Everything from the 80's was a box, afterall. Besides the wheel wells, there's not one curved line styled into it. I don't know about you, but I never got much joy from looking at boxes. They're fun for packing things into and hiding it all away in your attic... but... Regardless, the styling is the least of my problems with this car.

CNN / Money rips ASTRA
I like my Millenia's... They pop out of the dash, though, they are on the small side.

Oh Cutlass, Where Roameth Thou?
Hah.. Well... It's slower than molasses, its horrible on gas, it's far from reliable, it handles like a barge, it's discontented more than $9k Aveos, it's styled like a box, and to contrary belief, it's not that easy to work on. Please... Show me what's so good about it. I simply fail see to it. Oh... wait... It's RWD. That's one thing... just 6 more to break even.

I quite like his version of "Rusty Cage". He really sings it. Here it is on Youtube: Clicky.

Look! A groundhog! thump thump thump
Forgot to mention... Checked out the new Toyota Matrix. Not as ugly in person, but the interior is a definite downgrade in quality. It's nearly as bad as current Chrysler interiors. As well, it's not designed all that well either. The seperate digital clock is placed below the climate and audio controls in front of the shifter... but the shifter blocks sight of it. Just a pitiful place to be, overall.

Troubling article from Autoweek online
And then there's little old me who's somewhat partial to vehicles of the '90s, despite how some think that's impossible.

CIAS '08: Dodge Challenger
Strongly agreed. Mounting them on the wipers has got to be the most foolish decision any automaker could make. It looks better.. and that's it.

As others are saying and I've said in the past, you can't blame the buying public. It's the government. The entire political system and the politicians who run it are f@#ked up. Everyone has the right to buy what they want. Someone should not have to say "Hmm... I really like product A while product B really turns me off. Product A isn't American owned or made, so I'm going to have buy product B to make up for my neighbor buying product A." If someone likes something, that is all that should matter, especially in the realm of enthusiasts. The reason why we're enthusiasts in the first place is because we like certain vehicles. How many people here appreciate it when someone exclaims to them that buying GM is a stupid purchase?
