  1. Some of my friends helped build that back when i was working as an electrician....all I could remember thinking was....that thing is going to be an enormous white elephant when people stop buying overpriced baskets.
  2. I think Patagonia sounds nice, actually. Love this era of car, love the green, love pontiac, love that it is a two door, love the well preserved Patina, love the sunvisor. Sweet.
  3. Bridge City Hand plane...they make beautiful tools...I ahve a few of their layout and measuring tools. This plane is twelve hudnred bucks...but wicked cool.   15. Yeah, they were added later, and are incorrect for '62. It came stock with hubcaps, which they still have with the car.
  16. Yeah it is. The live edge table I built. I am going to put simple modern steel chairs with it, and a simple modern light fixture. My next project is building a modern style table for behind the sofa. the shakerish table is going to be a desk upstairs. Not a very clean photo, Christmas dishes on the table....sorry. You can't really see it but solid piece of Ash, with a lot of natural figure.

  18. We bought a 2008 Impala (Actually my youngest did) from a classic car dealer. They usually only sell classics, but they also dispose of cars for a lawyer who does a lot of probate work. Impala is immaculate, a thousand dollars of new Michelin tires on it. they had this beauty there, about the best preserved 60's car I ahve ever seen. not a stone chip in the paint, all original paint. Not for sale either. Later style wheels...added alter by owner, still in the original family. Special ordered from Pontiac as a 4 speed... Staying Busy indoors during the pandemic...I will post up some finished work at some point.
