  1. These are comments from people, opinions just like yours. WHAT are you talking about.
  2. I realize you may be hermetically sealed up there in Warshington, but down here, LUV trucks were immediate rust buckets... plus they were cramped for people my size (5'5"). The S-10 was a complete REVELATION v. the LUV. I still chuckle when I remember the story of racks of truck beds sitting at port (shipped separately from Japon - that's French for trinacriabob) RUSTING from the salt air before they were even bolted to the frames on BRAND NEW pickups of all Japanese brands.
  3. Did you NOT see the screen capture of the EV "Silveraydo" from Barra's comedy vid? The headlight setup is nearly the same as the current HD... you're looking at the parking lamps up top, the headlights will be down below...
  4. Were you asleep when you posted this? Because you sure are dreamin'. Absolutely NO PROOF, and with Tesla around, it makes your comment even more hilarious. Aren't we a bit presumptuous?
  5. China: they're not bad folks, FOLKS!/sarcasm for those disinclined to catch a drift
  6. Guarantee you they would miss ICE just like they miss everything else.
  7. Dude in photo looks like he's solely responsible for that "massive methane release". PUT A CORK IN IT, CORNHOLIO!
  8. You can't see the fact that "choice" is being TAKEN AWAY from the general public with this move? GM is basically extorting their dealers into a binary "choice" of either spend BIG money to switch over to selling an all-EV product line that is totally alien to what Cadillac customers want to buy, or GTFO. WHAT CHOICE do Cadillac dealers have when they're being STRONG-ARMED by Barra into spending big money for a dubious EV transition and an absolutely diminished return on that investment? GM is saying "spend a million dollars on your facility and expect to sell FAR fewer units. Or eff off. Your choice." Surreal, you're so right, I'm shiverin' in my boots.
  9. Awesomest thing in the world is if 880 dealers accept the offer.

  14. What had happened was, I was planning on ripping up my old bathroom floor (sheet goods, glued fast, big job, had to scrape, had a helper) and planning what to do next in there, but then the floor was UNDER the toilet, which needed to be replaced anyway, so now I am down to a fine finished plywood underlayment that is partially delaminated (due to a water disaster with a fridge icemaker line 16 years ago). And one toilet in the house. Was thinking of peel-and-stick tile, but I would have to replace the underlayment. Then I was thinking of thick sheet goods, which might be OK, but it has to be glued fast. So now I am on to waterproof LVP, which will easily go over the floor in its current condition, but requires careful cutting. Got to head over to the YouTube for tips and tricks.
  15. pep rally rah rah TEAM! YEAH!

  18. Renews my wish for a new, truly compact pickup truck.
  19. Kia moved 98,033 Souls in the USA in 2019.
  20. Statue... you realize the Bolt and Bolt EUV are two different vehicles, right? C'mon man, I thought you were a guru on this stuff!
  21. Please provide hard data to back up this baseless claim.
  22. Just for the record, I find the Chevy Bolt to be the LEAST OFFENSIVE EV on the market and I think it's a shame (but understandable given its built-in limitations) that it doesn't sell worth a darn. Any sane CEO would have dropped it years ago due to the drain on GM's bottom line.
