All I have to say is that I think if you want a GTO to compete with BMW's and the like, you are overlaping what I think Buick is trying to do. Seing what they are doing with the Enclave and if that is translated into similar future Buick models, I think they are on track with competition for BMW, Infiniti, Audi etc.... I think the Enclave's closest competitor so far is the Infiniti FX 45. Ther's also Cadillac and Saab covering tose markets. What is going to save GM from its downfall is cutting back the overlapping of vehicles in duplicate segments.....not adding more

Has anyone checked out where the images come from? www.creatingthelie.com says it right on the bottom of the picture. It's someone else's suggestion of GM vehicles and others.

what a dumb f*ck!! I would never do that!

Oh, I thought you had the actual valve covers in the first post. Seing how the first valve cover is hidden by the supercharger and the second one is almost not visible due to the spark plug cables and the oil filler cap...... I dont realy see the point in putting the logo on. Unless you rearange the cables and unless you move the harness/pcv (wich ever one it is, can't tell) that is going across the valve cover.

Yep, I think its time to wrap it up for today...... I'm going for a smoke.

Yes, I can..... I have somany thoughts spewing out of my brain as I was reading this and I couldn't express all of my points in time to keep up with the conversation but you put down good points that I was aiming for as well. You covered them probably better than what I could have put down on paper.../computer B)

good point to remember.... Another good point to remember, courtesy of Oldsmoboi.

One day in the not too distant future, heteros will understand homosexuals and you probably won't see any flamboyant or extreme gay parades and all the other things you spite as much as you see today. Allot of the way society has operated in the past and the way it does now is what causes allot of these extremes that just piss other people off. The moment you see everyone recognizing one another and understanding eachother, things will tone down dramaticaly.

Instead of looking for a stencil, you paint the whole thing then sand the paint down on the lettering and the stripes after it dries and you get nice shiny metalic letters and a painted background I did this on my intercooler pipes when I painted them red. I just used a dremel with a sanding wheel to take the paint off the letters. Not the greatest picture (from my ebay auction) but you get the idea....

The general Straight public is what causes this to happen or has heavily in the past due to non-acceptance of the matter. You know, the reasoning behind this is in my oppinion is that the people who flaunt their gayness is like you posting that you have now maried the woman of your dreams in the paper. You have to remember that homosexuals have this bottled up inside and are uneasy about openly talking about their homosexuality when they are young. Therefore, we have, in some situations, years of this secret bottled up inside. Could you immagine how good it feels to let out you secret to the people around you (family and friends)??? And if, let's say I was realy popular in my office and I am bringing a picture of my partner to put on my desk. I know that most of my colleagues and friends that come into my office will see and most likely ask about the picture. Instead of having to tell everyone individualy that comes through and asks, it is much less of a burden to just come out and say it. Otherwise it can be like prolonging the pain. (kind of like when you pull off a band-aid. It hurts less if you just rip it of quickly... you know) THIS IS WHY SOME WILL FLAUNT THEIR GAY'NESS. To a Gay person; -comming out is a good thing -being in a trusted relationship is a good thing -being engaged with a partner is a good thing People usualy like to advertise or flaunt good news... right?

When you bring up religon, you are bringing in another grey area of the conversation. Religon and the existence of god is another debatable matter that has no concrete answer as of yet. I'd stick to just the sexuality conflict for now and then start a religeous debate.

Bosses included........ for example, one of my managers is Gay and Smokes pot on a daily basis..... you can see the direction the "Lounge" conversations probably go....
-
You know, I do agree with this when its outside of the lounge, but there has been many subjects and discussions in the lounge that have nothing to do with or remotely anything to do with cars and that is what the lounge is for. And speaking of what can be tlaked about "At work" well, we have an employee lounging area in the cafeteria and outside on the terace. This would be considered the "lounge" at my work. We can discuss whatever the hell we want when we are not logged in the phones and out of the office setting. (you would probably be surprised at what you would hear when ppl are not on the phones and at work !!) That being said, I would disagree to tightening up the rules or narowing down of topics of discussions when it is in the Lounge..... isn't that what a lounge is for after all???? But yeah, having a relation to one's sexual preference influence each post in the lounge is a bit excessive. If ther's a topic for it (like the pictures topic or the sexual preferences topic) then it should be reserved for them and not washed into every other topic...hnece the reason why we have topics to begin with!!?!?~!!

The Aisin brand of auto trans has been used in saab's since the new gen 900 in '94... they are the same brand of tranny found in Lexus and Toyotas..... On all the Saab forums that I browse, there has been next to no problems with the auto-trans... they're prety good!

Whoaaaa! holy $h!! WHAT A BEAUTY! Yes, in certain pics it sort of has the minivan look, but what can you say realy... it sort of has the minivan dimentions.... kind of expected. It's way more agressive than a minivan though! and the interior styling kinda makes me think Jaguar meets Maybach.... high lux indeed!

Imagine if the majority of the population can walk right in to the Liquor store and buy a bottle of colt 45. They take it back to their car, drink it and drive off. No, they're not endangering anyone. See that, your statement can aply to many things. In general, people can walk into any store and buy whatever is for sale and use it illegaly, but in general, people dont. THATS WHAT WE CALL COMMON SENSE. Use your sentence from above and replace the wording to say "Guns" and "Shoot". Those are also things that ppl have the liberty to do. Do they do it? Some do, some don't. The ones who break the law are dealt with accordingly. Here's another example; People cary pocket knives every day and people get held up at corner stores by people with pocket knives. Many people are injured and die due to stabings with knives. Does this mean we should make knives illegal? Should we need a license to buy a knife? What if I have a steak for lunch? will I need a license to eat it too? C'mon....... there are lots of things in the world wich are left at the liberty of ppl's jugement to do or not do. Same aplies for drugs or marijuana for that matter.... use in moderation (mari-j that is), and dont endanger anyone in the process. Sciguy, your whole post sounds like it's describing the end of the world......... it's like we are back in 1999 when everyone thought it was the end of the world in year 2000 and all the computers would fail...........LOOK OUT everyone, when year 3000 hits, it will be 10 times worse than year 2000! We're all gona die!!!!!!

Did you post your ATV for sale anywhere else but here and your school? I'd put it in the ATV trader and on some online classifieds websites...... same with the ponti.... As for the "do it like they do it on the dis-cover-y chanel", well, that's nature, maybe not at its best, but still nature. I'd buy earplugs and put your bed on some rubber shock absorbing blocks or a good walkman/discman/mp3 player with some realy good headphones.
