  1. Sub as in Suburban? Or Subaru? Doesn't really matter as it would just be a matter of degree. Your impression just comes with the territory in pony cars and sports cars. Part of the reality.
  2. I'd really love to see tha Jag go and attempt to stop selling stuff at that point. We shall see.
  3. The Jag, wagon, and Caminos. The Tahoe and Ropos are not for sale for now, but I'll be needing a better truck at some point. Ropos can't tow my trailer.
  4. I have an agreement of sale on the Mothertruck. Should be leaving in a week or so.
  5. I certainly see it - it's all about the lines.
  6. A fine DD at a good price. Word to the wise: keep the mod bug in check.
  7. Point taken. I'm guessing that after a day of driving a V6 version, I might be able to say "Hey, this isn't half bad." And mean it. I like how the car isn't decontented by virtue of not having a V8 - it's refreshing to see. I look forward to your reactions after "stretching the Camaro's legs" a bit.
  8. I've driven an SS, but not a six. I wonder if it would seem like enough to me. Have you driven an SS, Drew?
  9. Check out DF's chop of it for what it should have looked like.
  10. Watching the video, all I could think was: "How many GM employees does it take to..."
  11. Well, maybe they crunched the numbers and found that the DTS faithful had one more car purchase in them before expiring. I think this will likely be the last FWD-based luxo-barge Caddy ever builds.

I think I'll skip the Philly show this year.
  13. I'll add my vote to yours - this thing is awful. What happened to Honda?
  14. The car is an adequate replacement for the DTS, but not both the DTS and the STS - and it's no flagship, no Sixteen, and no groundbreaker. Hyper is right, they over-promised on this one.
  15. But supposedly, this thing is already on a fast track for production as a 2012 model. I just don't see them doing this and a Zeta Caddy.
  16. I think we can handle it.
  17. That sounds more like car-jacking, NOS! Glad to see you posting here again - welcome back.
  18. Honestly, I hope they still have the flexibility to not put this into production. I think this car will hurt the brand at exactly the wrong time.
  19. Sort of. More in the practical joke category though.

Well, the XTS didn't help matters one bit.
  21. Passable as a direct replacement for DTS, but that's not good enough. This car will hold Caddy back, and give the critics some serious ammo to hurt them with. Must be a Fritz car, it reflects his flawed thinking. They would have been better-off tweaking the STS. 5 out of 10
  22. We're just talking temptation here, guys... I mostly wanted to jump-in and "hide" these cars just around the corner to make a point. Especially the Countach...
