Bummer. I wanted to show you guys one of my old sigs, but it seems I lost it when my old machine crapped out.

Wawa is like a 7-11 that doesn't suck. EDIT: Been meaning to tell you how much I like the Vanishing Point stills in your sig!

The term musclecar has been slapped on too many things to have much meaning anymore. Ponycar, while more accurate when talking Camaro, is a forgotten term. Performance Car, as Hyper says, would be the proper term today.

No, but any brand that is safe for clearcoat will say so. By now there should be some products just for wheels that are clearcoated. Sorry, but I don't have any names for you. Northie might.

Yeah, the structure is weak in that way. However, to really get a decent sense of it you need to see it all.

I'd say to just be careful and use clearcoat safe polish. Might be easier to do with the wheels off of the car.

:rotflmao: No wonder I was confused! I believe in alternative fuel without doubt, but that's because it ticks me off that we are held hostage to oil and its unsavory purveyors. And because I want to keep larger, high performance cars around in decent quantity. The environmental benefits are simply a pleasant side-effect for me. "Save the planet"? The planet doesn't need saving, we do. Like George Carlin says: when the planet is done with us, it will shake us off like a bad case of fleas. For the record, I went out last night and left a couple lights on.

Some of the rental places that handle interesting stuff like Vettes and Vipers might have a G8 at some point. Could be pretty tough to find though, especially a GT.

Nice job on the cleanup! Be careful of those wheels on the Bonnie. As with most GM wheels, I believe they are clearcoated, so don't use any harsh polishes.
