there was a SX4 hatchback parked outside my office this morning, and i have to say it's pretty neat! small hatchback with some SUV styling cues works well here. the sedan, on the opther hand, suffers from an odd rear-end look.

Why not have a block with displacements between 5.0 and 6.2, with the extra tech and smaller displacement going into Cadillac cars, and the larger displacement engine going into the premium trucks, for the 'macho-my-engine's-bigger-than-yours' crowd?

0-60 in 2-and-a-half weeks! @ flybrian's reply: that was cool! it made me laugh! obviously they will have grey plastic trim: they have to convey the image of being off-road capable, of being able to cross a rough track without the car becoming scratched, all of that marketing crap. that image is essential to the crossover's appeal.
