  1. The XTS is defintely not the best looking. I like a large car, which no one make anymore, but the ATS is the best looking.
  2. . I am a "geezer" and i certainly would not put a convertble top on one, it is ulgly enought. Yes, I have driven one and no, cue does not bother me. Do you not think you will ever be old one day.
  3. My folks had a 1967 Electra, our last Buick before we started buying Cadillacs. Please don't defile the name and thoughts of what Buicks used to look like by putting that name on one of these ugly things they build now and call a Buick.
  4. I have been a long time fan of Cadillac, since 1957. I never really cared for a Lincoln but I do like the Town Car. I rented one and drove it to California. It was comfortable, rode very well, and had plenty of room. I hate these new cars and would never consider a Genesis, or even the XTS. I currently own 3 Cadillacs and this DTS will probably be my last Cadillac. I have been driving them since 1970. In fact, I do not plan on ever buying a new car again. The styling on these newer cars is hideous.
  5. Cheers !!!!! I love those Buicks from the 60's. I remember when these came out. I remember going to look at them. I thought they were beautiful.
  6. I have 4 cars and a truck, Olds 98 36 years old, Cadillac de Ville 23 years old, Cadillac Concours 18, years old, Cadillac DTS 2 years old, Ford pickup 30 years old.
  7. That thing is really, really ugly. Especially the rear end. That is about as far away from a Lincoln as that XTS is a Cadillac.
  8. The first car I ever owned was a brand new 1970 Coupe de Ville. I love this Eldorado. Thumbs up!!!
  9. As a current DTS owner and Cadillac owner for 41 years this thing doesn't do it for me. I hate the way the thing looks, and they still don't get it. I personally don't want a 6 cylinder engine in my Caddie, I don't care how powerful it is supposed to be. This thing is not a Cadillac.

    Cadillac died!

I read that thread...and that's not the point. The loss of the DTS and/or the Northstar aren't as important as the lost of REAL Cadillac engines. "Some Italian dude" (really? This is how you describe Bulgari?) bought the last DTS, but that car was powered by the LAST CADILLAC ENGINE! All of the 2012 models have engines that can be purchased to power a Chevrolet or a Buick or an Opel with nothing exclusive to Cadillac. That is my complaint, also, I don't want a Cadillac with a Chevrolet or Buick engine, I rented a CTS and drove it on a 1,000 mile trip, and believe that was the most uncomfortable auto trip I have ever been on. That POS is far from being a Cadillac.
  11. They already have a CTS, why make this thing. As the owner of a current DTS. I have probably bought my last Cadillac. I hate the looks of this thing. Smaller, 6 cylinder engine, no thanks. (Caddy owner since 1970)
  12. :1959 Chevrolet Impala convertible on I-40 in Oklahoma
  13. Geezer DTS. don't you think you're ever going to get old, you won't always be young and one day that geezer DTS will seem very comfortable. I rented a CTS and drove it to Iowa from Oklahoma and it was very uncomfortable and way too small. I prefer a larger car with more room.
