  1. Maybe the Grand thing is over and there are so many. Grand Caravan, Grand Prix, Grand Am, Grand Cherokee, Grandpapa, Grand Vitara, Grandma, Grand Carnival(new Kia)...it's been done to death. Maybe just call it a Pontiac Arrow....you know the Pontiac emblem is an arrow........
  2. RichW5, I had forgotten about that. Yes those fenders were interchangeable...a novel idea. Here's another AMC proposal: 4-door sedan and wagon Matador:
  3. Not enough choices for names...where's Strato Cheif, LeMans, Banshee, Chieftan, Silver Streak, Catalina?....
  4. Have you heard about the new TV series coming. It's called Supernatural. It's these two brothers who travel around in their beat up '69 Chevy Impala to various small towns investigating strange goings-on. This one looks good to me. http://www.tv.com/supernatural/show/30144/summary.html
  5. Joe you are a wildman....that is the best thing I have read in a while. LMAO....love the Tatra/Trabant tie-in...it's so true too.
  6. Oldsmoboi, that would be a great sleeper.
  7. Balthazar, that paint link is a great resource.
  8. There is something so appealing about this car. Go out with some friends on a sunny afternoon to the lake...through in some food and beers and drive into the water...this is what I call a fun car...or boat....or car...
  9. Balthazar, great stuff...thanks....I'm going to do some reading up on him...and that sports car of his is very nice...wow.
  10. Olds of course.
  11. Very true, that G6 concept was so incredible. It is too bad they didn't capture that like they did with the beautiful Solstice.
  12. That Dodge is way cool!....I had not seen that before...
  13. Actually saw a black 4-door Grand Am GT today....they still look good. I can see why they sold alot of them. Speaking of GTs....the local dealer now has Pontiac Pursuit GTs in...4-door....it's Pontiacs version of the Chevy Cobalt 4-dr SS I guess. The big wheels on it look very good.
  14. That AMC Cavalier is a 60s concept and was way ahead of it's time....with a few updates, it could be very current.....I like how the rear wheels are back of the rear glass as well.

    Buick Velite

If it was a matter of it being fwd and existing as opposed to not existing...I would buy it in fwd....and they could have awd as an option.
  16. Or a Pontiac Aztek multi-tool gizmo thing.
  17. Here is a very interesting car that operates on land and water and is in production. The Gibbs Aquada, made in the UK. Those headlights and the general profile have something familiar about them. Notice how the driver sits in the middle.
  18. I like this rugged Hummer laptop tie-in...great idea.

    Buick Velite

Razor and Paulie, I completely agree. They need to 'Velite' all the current Buick's details until they can get some sexy new bodies on them. Change the LaCrosse headlights and grill and Lucerne has a nice grill....just chrome it. The LaCrosse and Lucerne don't look like they come from the same company.
  20. That's it Blu!....I can't believe I had never read about or heard of him and his involvelment with GM. It's something I just recently discovered.
  21. I always liked the linear horizontal look of Pontiac grills with the divider in the middle...I hope they go back to this. The current Pontiac and BMW grills are too similar.
  22. Yes, Blu, I understand that he also worked on Corvairs.
  23. I like that idea Northstar...and we should encourage everyone to carry a camera with them at all times, take shots of what they see and report back. Let's all be C&G roving reporters.:) Now I need to get a new digital myself.
  24. Here is the 2005 Citroen C-SportLounge concept. I like the interesting chrome details.
