Chevrolet Utility Coupe Pickup
Hey Blu, VonVeez & others, thanks for the nice welcome back...I much appreciate that. I love these early 'Caminos'.....interesting vechicles. And, Blu, regarding your question about the Chevy Crewcab. I believe it was offered for production and I think by a company at the time that did those big airport limos and such....looks great as a crew. I'll do a bit more research on that. (For some reason pics I'm posting are coming out very small...sorry)

How did you come up with your...
I just figured GM needed another Harley Earl. The golden age of General Motors.

C&G @ NYIAS: Saab
I wish GM didn't pair Saturn and Saab, it brings down the cache factor for Saab.

Malibu interior in black
GM brands really need to have their own distinctive steering wheels. Seeing this one way too much.

2008 Cadillac BLS Estate
This car and BLS in general says so much about what Cadillac shouldn't be and the need to return to it's iconic roots. Awful. Cadillac needs to stop trying to ape other brands. Just say no. Just be yourself. Be Cadillac.

FRANKFURT: 2008 SAAB 9-3 Turbo X
Saab desparately needs cars like this. And they need to have it in a two door hatch, with attitude. This should have been done long ago.

2008 Cadillac STS 3.6l DI - Black Cherry
The rearend and 3/4 view let this car down. Dull, dull, dull. The interior door panel....snoozefest. The DTS and STS are Cadillacs in name only. The new CTS gives some glimmer of hope.

Very funny...'What trannie does that Chevy have?'

Balthazar, I deleted the offensive statement. Thank you for pointing out glaring errors. It helps us all to be clear and precise.

Auto History
You got it. They were called Canopy Express and used as delivery trucks...out the back and the sides. I never knew much about these models with canvas roll-ups side and rear. Something so appealing about these. I'd luv to buy corn form one. Here's a pristine '48 Chevrolet Canopy Express:

Saw the new 2008 LaCrosse
I'm not too sure about that new grill, it might be just me making an adjustment. Maybe it should have been there at the beginning. Now it looks like a women who had too much botox injected into her lips....kinda Melanie Griffith.

What Concept is This?
Correct. It's a Chevrolet Journey from GM of Brazil.

Auto History
General Motors, Dodge and International Harvester made trucks like this in the '30s and 40's. Ford didn't, they had outside builders. Here is a '37 Chevrolet. It has role up fabric on each side. What were these trucks called and what were they used for?

What Concept is This?
It's not a Mazda 3 but it sure looks like it could have inspired it.

What Concept is This?
Can you name this concept?

First impressions notwithstanding, this car is uber light years cooler than what it's replacing.

2008 CTS in Oshawa (take 2)
Really appreciate all the photos of this great looking car. Thanks. Cadillac is getting closrer to that all-off-one-piece look. Looks good up close and from a distance. And seems to look good in any color. I'm so grateful living in an area where front licence plates are not requried. Cars seem to look so much better here.

New 2008 Chevy Malibu Images
This car just doesn't move me. The Saturn Aura wins in the looks department.
