Chinese Park Avenue heading to USA??

It's pronounced LA Crosse, not LU. And I don't think it's a bad name... although I wish they never got rid of Regal.

I believe all the discussion in the past has stated that there's a good chance it's coming here in like 2011? Am I wrong?

Bob Lutz said as early as spring 2008... Doubt it but maybe for the 2009 model year. Actually the latest date will be 2011. The LaX will prolly be replaced by the Regal in 2009/10ish. That has been confirmed and it will be on the Ep II platform but Opel is fighting to get it before we do stateside. (Where we need it most!) I think Saab then Buick and last Opel should get it. It just depends. They were testing a LaX from China over here but the plan was scraped because they had announced the performance Super LaX. I think by 2009ish we will have a new Regal designed in China that looks really sexy...
