This car, sold in the USA among other markets had a 68 cubic inch engine. The compression ratio was 9.2:1 and the cylinder bore was 3.150.

215 powered Isetta? Awsome!!! :) You're not thinking of the right manufacturer or country but you're damn close. This car is made fun of just like the Isetta but it has none of the Isetta's charming redemig qualities. The car came out as a sedan but they made a convertible for a while too... more hints later.
