Just wondering about the possibility of a Tahoe SS, I remember seeing the Tahoe SS at the '05 Chicago Auto Show. There was talk back then that there would be one but haven't heard anything in a while. If anyone has info, give details please...like if there would be a console shifter, different guages, hood scoop ???? ( ;

according to what i've seen and heard... there isnt going to be any SS models or Z71's or anything wierd...

There will be a Z-71 package. Not sure on the SS model though.

I would think with the apparent popularity of the new Tahoe that an SS model would definately sell (in low quantities with high markup, of course)

When GM debuted the Tahoe SS and TB SS concepts a while back they said only one of the two would make production.

a co worker said in Edge magazine he read about an SS tahoe...
