Scholarships...

Featured Replies

NOS should apply for some scholarships because there are plenty of people willing to give you money to get you through college.

NOS, I'll pitch in your SAT score divided by 1,000 toward your college education.

Damn, I better take an SAT in that case :P Might get a penny or two outta it..

I've applied but people are stupid and don't give me any. And there are a lot of ones that I'm eligible for except one minor thing. They're so dumb..

If you haven't done so, check with your guidance counselor. Sometimes the colleges you apply to have their own scholarships, and they send that info right to the guidance offices.

I already have $7500 from Kettering University (where I'm going) and altogether, after FAFSA, it's just over $12000.

...and you still need more?

There are so many scholarships available where you just have to write an essay. Check your guidance counselor; they have all of the information.

Usually states offer some sort of aid if you stay in the same state for school.

Well, signing up for the SAT I alone costs $66. So if NOS gets a 2400, he'll pay just $63.60. Operators standing by.

I know there's always a cut to tuition on public schools, but not all privates.

The FAFSA covers all the aid I'm going to get except for scholarships..
