Ditching the lame Blackberry and going with simply out-and-out better. I have a choice between the Palm Treo 650 and UTStarcom PPC6700.

Palm Tero

UTStarcom

Thoughts?

Palm always made great hardware. I dropped my old Palm m515 PDA many times and it never once blnked. My Ipaq is so much more finicky. As soon as the warranty runs out on it, I thnk it's back to Palm fo me.

I will say with hands on experience, the UTStarcom is much faster when processing things. If you can wait, get the Palm Treo 700p from Sprint (if that's who you go through). It will be offered with either the Plam software (the p is for Palm) or a Windows based dubbed the Treo 700w.

It will feature high speed broadband like the 6700 does plus have Palm features & software.
