Thanks, ocnblu! I've seen that picture before, but it's always a treat to see it again.

I like the dealership sign in the background. Those were the '60s dealership signs before GM adopted the "Signs of Leadership" style in 1969/1970 that are still in use today (in slightly modified/updated form). A sign like the one pictured, smaller though and likely an interior hanging sign, was for sale on eBay earlier this year for around $1k.

I agree with you Drew, the Lamps and Sign had a style that really needs to come back. Current versions are just so BLAH!

Don't you mean Cracker Jack boxes? That's what I've heard them called at truck shows I've attended. I love seeing those and the '70s Astro day cabs at truck shows.
