Low Fuel chime/alert

Featured Replies

I have a 2013 Buick LaCrosse and I've noticed that whenever the low fuel light comes on, the amount of chimes is random.  I either get 2 rounds of 4 chimes, or one round of 5, 6, or 7.

Is there any reason behind this that anyone knows of?

Configurable chimes set on 'random'. ;)

I'd love to be able to configure my chime alerts ;)

That makes sense.

My nissan rental has the most annoying chimes I have ever heard in a car.

I obsess over everyone making sure their belts are on, so that I never, ever have to hear it again.

I guess it's doing its job then :stupid:

I'm against Ford/Lincoln's new 80's retro video game chimes.  They sound ridiculous.  You get a car like a BMW, or even a Hyundai, and they have like orchestrated startups.
