If this is what paying customers want to do with their money, then dammit, they should be able to do it.  More power to GM for giving the people what they want.  Life is too short to drive a soulless appliance.

They need a naturally aspirated V8 in the ATS-V thingamaboober. I would put the LT1 as soon as possible. 

 

Also, the smallblock V6 needs to go into atleast the GMC Canyon.

 

And yes, small-block needs to be sold like Voltec so it's in the next Prius.
