Very nice. I love the nip/tuck that Saab performed on the 2006 9-5's skin. I've never seen anything as menacing as the gouged-out eyes look with the chrome outline. They also performed surgery on the 9-5's interior, structure and powerplant. Is this enough to satisfy the critics of TCC?

The 2006 9-5 is a better buy than the previous 9-5, but is it up to the level of the competiton?

Well, the old 9-5 competed against $40K 5ers and A6s... now it competes against $34K entry-level FWD sedans like the TL and ES.

I wouldnt be too suprised if they moved the next gen 9-5 to the Zeta or Sigma platform..

I dunno. SAAB people like their vehicles front-wheel drive.
