  2. Happy Bastille Day! Do you know your half birthday and that of others? I tend to. Today makes for 14.5 years of sled. How time flies. It's already afternoon in France. "Vive la France."

  3. @ccap41 Thanks for the exhibits. I did get an Impossible Whopper today with my app price. At 10 mg of cholesterol versus 90 mg for the regular Whopper, that bit of info convinced me. I get one about once every two weeks. @Robert Hall I, too, am trying to eat healthier. I tend to dislike tree huggers and granolas who, deep down, are very angry and very fake, so it's not about making a political statement and aligning with them in any way, shape, or form. It's about working toward keeping or getting better numbers on my quarterly bloodwork. @oldshurst442 I like most things, but I despise spicy food of any type. I don't see how it can be fun to be sitting there eating and having your nose run, or how that can be flavorful. I am liking vegetables a lot more. I hated them as a kid. Now, I love spinach, squash, lentils, cauliflower and most of those things. I also like fish a lot more, too ... especially fish like salmon, halibut, shark, and swordfish. But I will always like a small steak from time to time and I like the marinated and seasoned cubed pieces of lamb and sirloin that Greek restaurants serve up. I could live contently with just the foods of the Mediterranean and the foods of the Americas, which realistically casts a big net.

  4. Disclaimer: I had a Karen enter the restaurant today. Had to kick her out, forcibly. My rant above regarding plant based vegan burgers, although this is how I truly about vegan people and plant based vegan burgers, maybe the rant could have been more on a friendlier tone. I was still fuming about it. Im proud to say, Im not fuming anymore.

  5. Damn right! But.....if one wants to be vegan, then be vegan for phoque's sake. None of this fake meat burgers that are so called plant based but have so much sodium in them to taste like meat. <Dudes and dudettes out there that want to be vegan> especially those that want to be righteous about it... I got a phquing message for you: EAT YOUR VEGGIES and NEVER YOU MIND THE FAKE-NESS OF PLANT BASED MEAT FLAVOURED ANYTHING!!! Im a meat eater through and through. But Im NOT a carnivore. (no human is actually) Im an OMNIVORE!!! I EAT all KINDS of veggebles.... I LOVE all KINDS of veggebles. I dont WANT my vegetables to taste like meat. A little bit of olive oil and lemon juice goes a LONG phoquing way for MY vegetables to taste good. And there is COUNTLESS of OTHER ways that Greek cuisine lends to for vegetarian dishes... LEARN to eat THOSE kinds of veggie cuisines and STOP THE BULLSHYTE OF LYING TO ME THAT YOU ARE A VEGAN/VEGETARIAN THAT WE HAVE SHYTTY CORPORATIONS INVENTING SHYTTY WAYS TO MAKE A SO CALLED PLANT BASED VEGAN BURGER!!! PS: If ANY self righteous vegan moron wants to try me, try me!!! I CAN go on an all vegan diet. I LOVE GREEK CUISINE that is on the vegetarian side. Not a problem for me to do so. But I dont believe in ANY foolish vegan ideology therefore I will continue to be an omnivore...

  6. Need to see the actual production version, not sure if what is being shown next week is a concept or the actual production version. Either way though, I think the demand for a $200,000+ Cadillac is pretty non-existent. I know they only plan on building like 300 cars a year, but I don't see what this really does for the brand. On a side note, almost every car brand has this vision of going up market and more exclusive, but I don't think buyers want a $50k rear drive inline 6 cylinder powered Mazda 6, or a $70,000 Kia GT EV6, or Lucid with their $150,000 sedan, Rivian with their $100,000 pick up. What would be 100 times more impressive is if a brand made an electric sedan that cost $35,000 and they sold 300,000 of them a year.
