  1. That is such a Piece of POOP, they destroyed a decent looking sports car, +1 Toyota and turned it into a big Orange piece of Poop + 5 Poop.
  2. True, we will have to debate this elsewhere, Now back to your regularly scheduled POOP!
  3. PooP Happens - Funny Video, safe for work. This cracks me up so much, feel sorry for the girl, but POOP Happens. +5 Poop :rotflmao:
  4. Are we sure about that as I have always read documents that they came from Northern Europe. Vikings. Guess this gives additonal Points to Poop +++
  5. Do we even want to acknowledge that piece of Poop? +1 poop again.
  6. NOPE, I doubt anyone here is American Made! Unless you are Native Indian. Example, I am German American, so by visiting Canade, eating the Foreign Material, driving back into America and pooping, we have German American Poop made with Canada sourced Material that could compose of any % of world supplied Product. :rotflmao:
  7. We seem to have POOP from everywhere so nothing is really 100% American Made any more. But this Thread is truly 100% Poop!
  8. OK, I am going to jump into the FWD versus RWD debate and state that I hate them both. Unless it is dry streets or wet streets at the most, they both have positives and negatives. FWD, I see the benefits in Snow and Ice, but for most people they do not drive in that and this leaves them with what I see as a big downside. Torque steer, I am big and strong, but feel one should never have their steering wheel whipped out of their hands if you punch hard on the gas pedal. Love the lack of a bump in the floor for more leg room, but the whole Torque Steer that even 4 bang econo box's have is a deal breaker as I feel it is a safety hazard. RWD, Unless the auto has a posi rear end, I hat that in snow or ice you give it some gas and your ass comes around to kiss your face. That whole passenger rear tire thing sucks for handling. For Pickups especially a lite ass means you flail all over. Answer: AWD - AWD is the bomb and why I only have it as my auto's to drive. Personally I see no reason not to have it in all Auto's since it is the ultimate in traction and safety be it dry, wet, snow or ice. One down side is reduced MPG. But then personal quality of life / safelty is far more important than fuel efficiency in my book. You cannot replace a loved one or take an injury away by driving an Eco Box Coffin on Wheels. So I will stick with my Escalade ESV Platinum and the rest of my AWD vehicles / 4x4's for ultimate safety. AWD ROCKS!!!
  9. Intersting read, I would say that Bob is not the all told God he seemed to come across as, but he did have his moments. There are deeper issues that even TTAC only scrapes across. Reality is that GM had too many brands and was trying to keep everything going when they should have backed off to the traditional entry level, mid level and luxury level car line up. They could have been in much better position if they cut and run on a number of product lines. Chevy, GBP and Cadillac is what they should have changed to about 6 - 8 years back. IMO
  10. MAYBE we should take one person a week here on C&G and hit on them, that way everyone will feel loved and can practice their PCS skills.
  11. While I do not like it, mothballing the dept for the time being to secure the $ for the survival of GM is the right thing to do since they do already have various performance models. So do this to get your survival and then turn it back on and kick ass there again. All Good in the long range plan of things.
  12. Crack attack
  13. Be glad none of you work at Microsoft. They have a serious large amount of gay and lesbian. Course the girl girl thing is kinda hot, but then you do have to watch out where you bend over if you are not careful you could end up surprised. It was an amazing experiance working at Microsoft. Glad I did it, but more glad I am not there any longer.
  14. Are we just talking about the terrible side profile of the Charger posted above as I could not find any image in the 177 doc of the charger that is better than this
  15. My Suburban This is my Suburban with the 402 that I am going to change over to a Diesel. Gotta love these rides. This is an older photo as I have changed out the Nitto's to BFGoodrich All Terrain tires. I was going to post it in the message, but it I guess I cannot use embedded addresses and it did not like my web address image so you get what it gives me. Yup I am using MSN Live for posting my pics.
  16. Wow, your a stone throw from where I live in mountlake Terrace. Too funny. So what does the 18 inch rims look like? The link says it is password protected and so I cannot see them. So glad you found what you were looking for, always nice to get a ride that one can enjoy driving.
  17. You funny man, I just realized you live in my state, Washington. I work in Downtown Kirkland. Nice job on blanking out the back license numbers. OOPS, I think you forgot about the front plate! So where are you located?
  18. Back at you Dud, Work got me tied up and as we can all respect, keeping the job is formost. But Congrats that is a nice ride even though it is not American :smilies-38096:
  19. Dude, Sorry to hear you might loose your job. I wish you all the best and leave you with a thought to think about. Start your own company, Yup in this down economy, there are areas that have upside potential. Think about all the foreclosed homes, condo's, townhomes etc. Banks need to maintain these properties, you could start your own company very cheaply and go around cleaning them up, maintaining the landscaping etc for a fee. Good money in it when done right. Good luck, I know everyone here is hoping that all ride out this economic storm with minimal heartache.
  20. My Wife and I have a CTS and are planning on retiring it as we have the Escalade ESV for hauling family and friends, she wants something more fun to drive for her and I to be in and the Coupe I love more than the 4 door sedan. This is on my list of Auto's to shop for. I suspect that SoCalCTS had underestimated the demand for a coupe in the mid size category. My grandfather who has always driven Cadillacs still has his Eldorado and loves it. I showed him the photo's of this and loved it and said it will finally make him trade in his Eldorado as he would like an American Luxury mid size coupe, but there has not been anything and he refuses to support German or Asian companies. He has already gone and put his name on the purchase list at his local Caddy dealership in CA where he lives. This car will sell well to the coupe crowd.
  21. Product line DEAD! I saw today that GM has confirmed that Saturns will be closed by 2011. So we really only have this year and next before they are history.
  22. I think this is a Prototype anyway as to why the stickers are so beat up, the label that mentions this does not meet emissions tends to imply this is a test mule built for the autoshow and probably actually used in real testing. I suspect you will not see the peeling stickers on a production Auto.
  23. -------------------------------------------- PLEASE STOP THIS CALLING IT A WASTE OF TAX PAYERS MONEY!!! The Rich Theives called Bankers / Financial companies have stolen and are wasting Taxpayers money and have NO OBLIGATION to pay it back!!! THESE are LOANS that will be PAID BACK and as such, will be up to them based on the guidlines of the loans to use to hopefully rescue our American Auto Companies. In regards to this CTS Coupe, I have to say that the Photo would appear to be a base model and will sell very well to couples and single men and woman who want to get a foot hold into the luxury segment. The mid level and upper level versions will be hot. Especially once people start to customize the Auto. I can see some Great versions coming to Sema this Fall. :smilies-38096:
  24. I still have my first big Rig, 1994 Model GMC Suburban SLE 1500 2wd. I love it as I am 6'6" tall and 275lb. So I can ride in total Comfort. I took out the 350 and bore it out to a 402, running 505 HP, 550lb torque. Dual 3" exhuast, People get out of my way as I fly by, sports cars are always suprised at how quick I am off the line. I added a 3 inch lift kit with 32" BFgoodrich All Terrain tires on 20" rims. The only thing is the required Premium gas, but over all I love it. Been running it this way for the last 7 years. New Project on this bad ass Burb is I am changing it over to Diesel. Adding a 2" body lift kit so I can stuff in a Duramax with allison 6 speed tranny. I love the large 44 gallon gas tank that came with the 94 Suburbans as I can go 500+ miles on gas and with Diesel, I should be able to get around 750 at least. I love road trips and camping in it. Now for those of you who think this is a big job or ask how I have planned it out. There is a company in Montana that took 3 years and for $100 you can buy their manual with all pictures included on who to do this conversion and have it look like it came off the factory assembly line. Here is their home page: The Diesel Page Here is the actual page within their web site for the book: Duramax Conversion for all GM Trucks and SUV's The upside of our down economy is instead of buying the engine, tranny and wireing harness, I have been looking for a used crewcab Duramax Diesel and have decided to buy a used one as it will have everything I need to convert my baby to Diesel. Take a bad ass ride like this in front of those Eco Freaks that drive around here in Seattle and it is always amazing to see their face. You can see the color drain from the face when I come up behind them in my ride.
  25. GREAT JOB TED!!! Thanks for sharing with us, really enjoyed it. Being here in Seattle, we always get our Auto Show in November and so always late to see the new stuff. Thanks again,
