  1. Is it me or does that front end have a bit of Lexus Predator Mouth on it? Me think so!
  2. Should be a great success as a commuter car and entry level auto for the youthful. Nice job GM.
  3. Nice enough update that current peeps will trade in the older model to buy this and updated enough to maintain if not grow a little market share.
  4. BLAND! That is what comes to mind. I just see no passion and nothing striking that would make me want to go drive one.
  5. This is ugly! Why Copy the UGLY Toyota Hydrogen auto front end. The designers need to get some fresh air to get away from these ugly big opening grill look.
  6. Not sure what it is about this update but it does not hit me like the original did and maybe that is the problem. Expecting major changes rather than minor tweaks.
  7. Speaking of which - Bloomberg: How a Former Audi Guy Plans to Spend $12 Billion Reviving Caddy I love this quote from the Bloomberg Story! "Ellinghaus has been tearing up the advertising to try to carve out some space for Cadillac as the antidote to every boring rich guy’s BMW or Mercedes. " I just hope that we start to see some cool dedicated advertising that reaches out to all age groups. Have not seen any new advertising yet but hope they are doing it around the NY Auto Show. I also found this quote to be very TRUE! "As the German automakers try to be the largest in the world, they will take fewer risks and become more bland, he said. That gives Cadillac an opportunity to be individualistic and appeal to younger luxury buyers."
  8. Unlike their Hideous other release of an auto that is clearly a creature from the deep. This is a nice looking auto that will sell and do them well to the Scion faithful and those looking for a good entry level auto.
  9. THIS is what they think will drive sales? A SUCKER FISH car that Ocnblu hit on the head a deep sea creature that should have been left in the dark.
  10. Black Celebration
  11. Lovely car that is a huge step in the right direction. Cadillac did this right, the technology is right and the flow of the dash is simplistic and yet beautiful. This KILL'S anything MB or BMW currently has. This will be a wake up call to them which will be good as it should drive increased improvements and change. SMK knows this is superior to anything MB has in the same segment and so he moves the goal post by picking on something so minuscule such as the steering wheel.
  12. Interesting, but is it me or does this just Scream "I am a Toyota Verza with a Predator Mouth and Lexus Badge pay me an extra $20K." Does nothing for me and if anyone asked me I would say if you have to have toyota, save some money and buy the Toyota badge version unless you have to have a Lexus Badge.
  13. Nice improvement over the past car. This should do well for them.
  14. Lovely car, rare to get what you put into it back out of it when selling but then we do this as a project of love. Wishing you all the best in what ever happens to the auto.
  15. Yes there are some similarities, but what auto does not tend to pick up some accents. Just look at what Korea, Japan and China has done in coping Germany and the US. 16. I have to say that I still very much like the looks of the Terrain and this is just another excellent refresh. I do wish they had done something much better with the inside center part of the dash but as long as people are happy. that is good for me. Wish they would use the AWD Version of this for a Typhoon Edition.
  17. Interesting info, I agree with Balthazar, please clarify does bulbous?
  18. Nice Looking Luxury car for the 1% who can waste money. Over all striking and will get noticed but nothing special in my book that makes my heart race.
  19. Questions? Raises Hand How does this compare to the Rubicon? Where in the lineup does this jeep fit? Meaning if you have a base 2wd 4 banger stipped jeep and the top is the Rubicon, where does this fit? Above the Sahara below it......... What is the expected gas mileage? Interior, does it still have the rubber pull out plugs so you can hose the inside down and drain it? In my 94 Sahara it had these under the carpet but easy to get to pull them. Is it as stiff as past wanglers or softer on the ride? What is the new rear differential?
  20. Very cool to see such a nice improvement in MPG. That truck is lovely. I am surprised how much it looks full size though!
  21. This also could set a HUGE precedent for lawyers going after other auto companies also. This is just bad and wrong in so many ways. I cannot believe the idiots are willing to consider this.
  22. I wonder if the back seat will have an option for these executive chairs or a bench seat? I would think a bench seat would be more commonly sold but I can see the need for this configuration also.
