  1. Hitin some big waterholes yesterday off-road was fun, but today my truck is more mud than red lol.
  2. C32 is the supercharged v6 model right? And the C55 is the n/a v8 one? Yip, had I believe 330 HP, think the gen before had a V8, then the next gen went back to a V8.
  3. I wouldn't mind having a C32 AMG.
  4. That is probably my favorite model of the C-Class. They just got those right inside and out IMHO.
  5. Those with a leveling kit and ditching that front air dam, would make one mean looking rig.
  6. Totally agree with you, the car should have had more than the wimpy 305 only. But still loved the body especially the aero model. That was my favorite in their burgundy color. MonteCarloAero.jpg 1986MonteCarloAreoCoupe.jpg WhiteSS.jpg Yes, they got the exterior just right. Had a teacher who had a Monte SS in school (maybe aging myself here lol), absolutely loved those cars
  7. It always bugged me that the Monte Carlo SS didn't get the TPI 350, or at least the TPI 305/5 speed combo.
  8. Watched part of a Trump interview on CNN last night, i think it killed a few brain cells............
  9. I have the off-road bug now. My dream ride has progressed from a Challenger Hellcat to a Wrangler Rubicon HardRock edition. Mercy......
  10. Thinking something is happening to make things better, then life kicks you in the balls, spits in your face and has a jolly laugh about it.......
  11. I want a TJ Wrangler, bu dang they are sooooo pricey for their age!
  12. 'Bong? oh.. wait.. STEW! Hey man! lol Muahahaha. He gave us a look and then sped off, funny. Was a nice FX4, but I like the smaller trucks haha.
  13. I think the guy in the new F-150 got mad as me and the guy in the new Colorado were exchanging truck compliments at the gas station......
  14. Certainly considering different places. Don't want to venture too far off. Right now considering places in Tn and Oh;.
  15. As a previous owner of an 07 Patriot I bought brand new and put 130k trouble free miles on (on and off-road), you are full of $h!.
  16. I have these tires on my 1994 Suburban, 1998 Dakota, 1999 Durango currently, they rock and keep on going. I have on my 2008 Trailblazer SS AWD the Bridgestone Duelers as well as on my 2006 Escalade ESV since these are low profile. Both tires rock for trucks and suvs, but I do like the look of the BF Goodrich tire best. Very impressive that you score 80-100k on a set of those. Very Very impressive. What did/do you have them on? See if I were to put a set on a hypothetical truck that I don't own I would be coming from cars/suv where even a small amount of tire noise would Glad i am not the only one who likes the older trucks I have the Goodyear Wrangler RT/S on my Dakota and they are a good on/off-road hybrid.
  17. So, the thought I am having is you cannot go anywhere when you are basically living in the poorest area in the country. Where to move............
  18. I hadn't heard of it before (I was dealing with a family medical issue during SEMA last year)... but it was a SEMA concept... i think they should build it. At least we know a 3rd gen avalanche would have looked pretty darned good.
  19. I like the Trail Boss a lot! I do wish they would have baked and extra inch or 2 ground clearance in though.
  20. Hmmm, if it ever happens, maybe I should consider Flame red to match the Dakota... https://encrypted-
  21. I would like the power windows and locks, but could easily live without them. I think my only options would be the AC, limited slip, 3.73 gears, and the 5 speed auto since I would be driving it everyday. Oh, and the premium sunrider sunroof with the fold back sunroof and it is thicker and more weather tight, easily worth the extra 500 imo. In Anvil of course (reason i chose Anvil or the Willy's and Rubicon pics above haha). And used prices are insane on either o the last 2 gens of Wranglers. an 06 TJ Rubicon with low miles can still set you back 20k or more!
