Nope. Calling you on this one... You'll first watch a jump in new car prices, to make the current cars look "cheaper"...automakers have been waiting years for a chance like this. I see prices only rising at this point.. And you'll see more cars like I saw today, a 94 Escort w/ 99k going for 4k Obo.....

+1 And it's worse here... I've seen shopping around here for a used small SUV, and have damn near $h! my pants looking at the prices... I just saw an 01 Escape with 189k going for 9500...... I'm thinking of seriously buying an Escape/ Liberty with high miles/ but a good body and just putting a few bucks aside for the engine replacement... A buddy of mine just picked up an 02 Escape with 137k (on the 3.0), and it is in really good shape. He's in the process of doing some updates, and is going to put a few bucks aside for another 3.0 to pick up...
