I love celebritys...everyone I know who had one last forever.. A guy I went to school with abused his bad, and it still made it well over 200k...

Well, the wagon does need a bit a work, but that I expect that from a 13 year old car with well over 140k...still probably cheaper than his monthly payment though.. I love the pant comment though....classic!

I've been called many things, but I found this one interesting... I was walking out of kroger's with a few things... I was behind a well-to-do couple.. They watched me walk to my car-and open the door...as I start putting stuff in- I hear-"Man, the white trash gets worse here every day.." and they drive away in their 300... I was like- Granted-I'm sure nobody looks great after a 12 hour day- but bash on my beater? It's a little rusty-but it's clean inside and out-and shiney too, after a good wax last week...I take care of all my cars-regardless.... Those of you with "older" cars-do people ever make fun of them? *shakes head* Dumb people....

Ah, the 4.3 isn't that bad... I wouldn't mind the I6, but My thinking is that it is going out with those TBs and such... I thought GM was working on a new HF v-6 for the replacement of the 4.3.... I still see quite a few rado's with the 4.3...use em' as work trucks... I could live with 4.3, as long as it still hauls a ext cab (work or LS)...

I may not be a fan of the car-but at the same time I"m not going to bash it unless I have a clue what I'm talking about... My neighbor works at a Toyota dealership-and they have had only a few in for minor problems....and it sells well around here...

True. As for gas prices though-it is going to depend on how things go. In my case, a truck for me a want-not a need. There are quite a few people who "want" rather than need. So I do see some people on the fence right now..... On the other hand- I could buy an escort to go with my truck if I was that worried... Hmmm...
