  1. Wow. It's got an American look to the greenhouse. At first I thought Malibu replacement, but it's already on the road. How about that? Asians copying Americans.

  9. Of the big four, the preference of the "regular oil" goes like this: Castrol Valvoline Quaker State Pennzoil I have used Castrol 10W-30 exclusively. I believe in sticking to one brand and one viscosity. It seems to have paid off....over 225,000 miles of faultless service.

  11. Well, these went through college: Defrauding an innkeeper (paying for a room for 2, sticking in 4 to 6...usually at Lake Tahoe or other locales with ski areas) What would squirting people with a Hyposquirt on the streets or in the arrival loop at LAX be considered? What about egging people's houses? Drinking and drugs were and are boring, so I never had that issue. Through the current day: Who doesn't pull over to the side of the road and take a leak? (public urination)
  12. No, PB, that's YOUR job! :AH-HA_wink: Slacker!

  14. Unbelievable. Like "Office Space," you can watch it over....and over...and over.

  16. OK, it's movies, it's a poll, it's Reg's, so I'll chime in. Isn't it past your bedtime in Central Zone? WTF. I don't like your list. I haven't seen most of them. The "Police Academy" series wasn't even THAT great. So, why did I pick it? My friend from Seattle's mom said "Oh, your friend Bob looks like Steve Guttenberg"...and he's in these movies. Hey, I resemble a celebrity...and she picked a Jewish one at that! Sixteen years of Catholic school down the drain. God, Reg, couldn't you throw in some 007, some Eddie Murphy stuff, some "Body Heat"/"Body Double"/"Postman Always Rings Twice" type stuff? I'll let it slide.
  17. Fluorine (Element #9 or black girl at your school, take your pick)
  18. Selective perception: I thought another post said "Parents are stupid sometimes" and then it turned out to be "Pants are stupid sometimes." So, I'll run a poll. So how do you rate the job your parents did? (I actually would have made a decent psychologist since I analyze everything, think about cause and effect and offer advice to my friends (when asked...except for Paulie, in which case I volunteer it). Mine. Honestly: a C- . Extreme inconsistency. We'd take a road trip to Yosemite or Hearst Castle and one day would be great and another day something would set them off. The biggest problem is that they imported what they both came from: a patriarchal set up where the woman stands in the shadow of a man, where kids are inferior to parents (even when they are smarter and become adults) and where control/emotions rule out over logic and the weighing of options when making a decision or taking a course of action. My dad (now deceased) was a piece of work, a 5'4" immigrant with a case of the Napoleonic syndrome, and my mother couldn't make a decision if her life depended on it. Initially, I listened to my Dad and never to my Mom. By the time I finished college, I listened to neither as I had developed better reasoning abilities. Rate your parents. Flesh out as needed.

  21. Guys, I have the distibutorless ignition on my Series I 3800 FWD Buick V6. 3 pods of 2...so to speak. I need to replace spark plug wires. It looks easy to do, but is it? The fronts are staring me in the face. The rears...are they hard to get to in the back of the engine compartment over the intake manifold cover? Also, are there are tricky clips or gymnastics as they go over and through the intake manifold area? Any help is always appreciated!
  22. Wow. In 2 and 1/2 pages, this went from Ocn's job news to Ocn's sexual fantasies. Maybe you've been idle too long. (You know, an idle mind is...yada yada). Call up the L-M dealer and tell them you need to start BEFORE July. :AH-HA_wink:
  23. That would be adios. So, how are you going to kill the next few weeks? *forcing myself to go to work*
