Sorry to hear about it dude...people are idiots...an entire parking lot and they choose to park next to you, who have deliberately parked away from other cars. Trust me, I know you pain! Both cars still bare the scars of damage inflicted to them by the stolen piece of $h! Integra. I've given up at this point until I can afford to have them both repainted.

The G8, I told you so. When you were looking for that first new car and were thinking about the G6, I said G8...I'm sure others did too. :wink: This seems to reinforce the belief the the G6 is a very, very poorly engineered car. I never liked it much, but I wouldn't even want one as rental after all of the various stories from both this site and elsewhere. Too bad about the Malibu...it is a nice car. ...but the G8 is so much cooler...and if you ever feel nostalgic for it you can always drive your mom's. Thanks for finally posting this!

When it was introduced it was praised for it's quality interior, and even today no rags complain about it. In fact that only people who do are internet trolls and people who say OMG IT SUX AND IS CHEEP but can never actually elaborate how it is cheap. That being said, the new one looks to be leaps and bounds better, from a detailing and integration standpoint. I also prefer the smoother lines. quality wise, we'll just have to wait and see.

$2k to build something that will support 2 or 3 cars? No thanks. Looks about as robust as a card pyramid in the wind.

BMWs (for example) haven't advanced interior design in decades, but that's not why they are so well respected. They're high quality and pack lots of features. That's all that really matters.

Considering I've seen comparisons pitting the Genesis against the CTS and the Genesis gets the nod for batter materials quality, that's not a bad thing.
